Mooph introduced me to the most adorable little self care app! You get an adorable little baby birb that you get to dress up and name. It helps you keep small daily goals. Has meditation, breathing and calming exercises. Even has helpful exercises to deal with anxiety or panic attacks. Reinforces positive energy and afremations. Asks about your daily mood and keeps a weekly log you can track. Am I starting to sound like a commercial? 😅 It is not a time consuming app, once a day for like 5min maybe 10 is all it really needs. There is 1 part of it I'm not found of and that's not being able to use every feature without paying but it seems like almost every app has that nowadays and it doesn't hinder my daily use of the app to much so its easy for me too look past. Also with daily check ins they are sometimes able to be unlocked for a short time. Anyway If it sounds interesting to you all please download and give it a shot. You can always uninstall if you find you don't like it.I thought some of our Sphinx stalkers might enjoy it so I decided to share. Rayvin_Kittiy I've actually been using that app for nearly a year now. ^_^ It's really helpful for mindfulness and when you're having a bit of a mental crisis. (ETA) There is a monthly draw for a free membership. I have one due to that right now. ^_^

It helps me with daily tasks I need to do that I often forget to do and I get an adorable little birb friend to dress up too! I've gotten my daughter on it along with some of my friends and hers. Rayvin_Kittiy It pops up sometime during the month with the link to it, but I think you can find it in settings somewhere as well. You need to enter your friend code into it so have that ready. I can't check for you since I have mine active at the moment so I wouldn't be able to pop it up.
