 *appears to mildly offended at the sight of dragon slayers candidates* "Isn't that job a little... barbaric? To suggest I need to be slayed is laughable!"  Tessa: To be exceptionally clear, I like dragons... good dragons. At one point I was even wed to a dragon. But I cannot abide evil, and evil dragons are more abhorrent then your typical evil. Those with power are in more of a position to cause great harm then those who have little power.... and most dragons are mighty indeed. It takes those who are very bold and strong of heart to stand up against such tyranny. I would praise a dragon who slew any evil, sphinx, dragon or whatever is vile and cruel. I slay evil, period, and suggesting that evil dragons be removed just for their being dragons, is elitism. Up until now the dragons of Mal'tolgalen have been reclusive. I am rather sure that there are all sorts of dragons on that isle, good and wicked. But up until now they haven't assaulted the other islands, especially not with this frequency. So I was called in to defend the helpless against these attacks... and any dragon who would assault those so much weaker them them without provocation is most likely evil. But, I caution defense before offense in this situation since the 'whys' behind these attacks are not yet clear. |
