((as just a side note, I LOVE all the rp notes and have to fight myself to not add personal touches in response to each of them, especially when there is no prize in the hex! I'm worried I'll get to into it and make things take forever, (-8... *is already planning for the next rp search...*))

 Desides to head up the river slightly, stopping at 3819A large caravan from the People of the Raven travel this way loaded with wares to trade in Stargift City. Wooden masks, sheets of cedar fibers, conical woven hats, exceptional copper tools and salmon both dried and candied with maple sugar are in abundance. Several raven pets hop among the group as they travel. ---------------------- You may trade any single item (unattached from your inventory) for a blanket shawl or a pet raven with these traders! (if this option is not chosen by the finder, anyone else who travels to this hex has the same offer!) ( On phone so can't do anything fancy) She smiles finding others and offers help in any way she can. She offers to trade a space lazer gun ( that she got through a trade herself..for rp reasons cause that wouldn't make sense otherwise) for a blanket shawl. It was getting chilly and she left hers at home. Does she get another search today or is that it for her? |

Mr. Pooka Questions about "skip a turn" options (sorry for all the questions!): If you take an option to skip a turn, what does that mean in these two scenarios: - If you decide on your first turn of the day to skip a turn, do you only skip your second turn of that same day and you can make turns as normal the next day? - If you decide on your second turn of the day to skip a turn, do you lose BOTH of your turns for the next day, or only one? I ask because of how the rules read, it seems that you have to take one turn to take a second turn, so if you have to "skip" that initial turn, what does that mean for the second one? I know I may be completely overthinking it and its just a simple "it is two turns a day" buuuuuuuut I want to make sure lol

((All switched! ...also I can't get over the fun optics/rp note of trading someone a literal space laser weapon for a blanket shawl, (-8 I love the crazy stuff we've go around here!)) Everyone gets up to two searches a day (from midnight to midnight). One search whenever you like/can and a second AFTER I've responded to the first one within the same day. |

(-8 Let me try to clarify. Any time a 'skip a turn' option comes up you will lose one of your two daily searches, creating two scenarios. 1. If you get a 'skip a turn' after your first daily search you may NOT make another search that day. 2. If you get a 'skip a turn' after your second search of the day, the next day you may only search once. I figured number 2 is an easier way to go for everyone so players don't have to make an 'I skip this turn' sort of post. ((I probably could have made that more clear initially but that would require more rules and defined terms and such... but, who knows, I love games like this and I think most others do as well according to my feedback so maybe we'll eventually establish a defined rule system... then after that look forward to the Sphinxes Board Game!)) |
