Are Egyptians considered lesser or inferior to the shadowborn and shadownyrr?

For the shadowborn and shadownyrr I was wondering if they had any personal ability's like shadow step (jump into the shadow realm and use that to move for a while) or shadow jaunt (short teleporting through shadows, going ethereal during it) or some things long those lines.
