*Phae'shalee smiled at Tanit* "Oh I don't mind at all, I love children. I have 8 little ones of my own." *she beamed happily and proud of the huge litter her and Ryder had created, even if one wasn't hers and one was Kezzer's* "Poor little thing having a rough day."

@ariya - Not at all. So many of my children have been pleasant surprises! Mayolin, who I had with Kezzer, was from our first time... together. I really wasn't expecting her, although I'm thrilled to have her. Skye and Lyric weren't planned either but Ryder and I are thrilled with both of them. Cider, Prairie, Tralalei and Laylar were planned though, we just wanted a house full of children and now we have them. *she beams so happily* Little Riley is from before Ryder and I were together, I believe she was 'planned' by Alexia but not planned on by Ryder. From what I've heard she lied to him and used a fertility potion to try and get pregnant by either Ryder or Karen... another one of her plots somehow. But sound up with fraternal twins. *her expression grows oddly serious, a rare look for the typically bubbly sphinx* I adore Riley, and have taken her in as my own, but am not so thrilled with Alexia and how she treated Ryder.

" she snickers " going to guess his wife wasn't so pleased on that... but agreed, people are open minded around here.. hehehe.. sounds good to me! " Ikari grins at the bit about amss musical number and waiting "and makes sense.. trying to cast it then continue answering questions probably wouldn't work so well.." she notes Phae'shaelee's reaction to the bronze colored cub and KEzzar before inquiring curiously " if its not too impolite... you and he were together? what made you tow split up?" she idly hopes shes not pushing the questions too much " you don't have to answer if that questions uncomfortable for you am just curious a bit.."
(omg such a cute cub!!)
Shyrania beams happily seeing that her questions about cookies had gotten a smile and she listens ears perked up " ohhhh...that makes sense! I love cookies but so far everyone I lvied with has a tendancy for anything they cook to catch on fire or something o.o or they don't cook.. " she tilts her head brow furrowing as she thinks " I don't know really... I know Ama ( Amane mentioned a...Cherry blossom festival I think?..oh and Mets (Metis) mentioned a Renisance fair ! but I haven't gotten MEts to tell me when those are going on... hes too focused on his books..." she smiles happily* " really? that would be great!" she blinks as Phae'shalee rummaged in a pack then pulled out a cookie, her eyes widen as she offers it to her " really? thank you so much! " she hugs Phae'shalee happily before accepting the cookie gently* so pretty.. " she listens to the bit about snow fairy and winter solstice power " ok!" an ear pivots to Kezzar when he comments about being half dragon " ohhh.... neat! no wonder your shiny ^.^ " her tail fluffs up happily "yay! " she was ecstatic that her comparison was right
Ikari blinks noticing Ariya giving the dimension traveler a curious look a moment then looks at KEzzar " can you breathe fire? iv heard mention somewhere that some half-dragons can and others can't or something?... " she inquires mostly curiosity, but also so she didn't seem completely focused on Phae'shalee for her questions..
(*breaks down laughing reading the bit about setting thigns on fire*)

 Ariya silently observed Phae's change of expression with concern, but listened closely to her words. "I can imagen you having a ... complicated look towards Alexia. But I admire you for not letting it burden your love for the little one. I must give you my compliments for such a feat." She gave Phae a warm and honest smile. |

Thyra smiled. "Children are truly a rare gift aren't they. I am new to this place." She bow her head slightly. "War in my homeland took my only child and mate from me. I hope to start anew in this world I have found myself." She turned a soft smile on Phea, "Such a count for you as well. You must have a mate that Truly loves you. Sadly I do not weld magic nor do I bake. I am not a very good at the Home maker things. My daughter used to whine that I could burn water. I am a fighter. How are you at weapons? Do you use any particular ones besides your magic?"

@kezzer Tanit flushed a little at his mentioning their previous and most memorable meeting but still she didn't shrink back. Instead she inclined her head at the information that a magical ... memory was potentially available and purred. "I may have to seek them out then. Refreshing my own memories will always be welcome."

@phae'Shalee To Phae she'd bow her head and lower Ilandere to the ground again. Allowing the cub to pounce and play but with a softly murmured, "No claws." Ilandere snorted a little at her mother's comment but glanced up at her sire and blinked at his proud expression. She wasn't aware of anything super special she'd done..but maybe he liked when she pounced things! To this end she'd peek at Phae's tail again before giving a little running POUNCE once more. "Meeeeerrrrowwww~!" Meanwhile Tanit said, "Yes, I never knew the wonder of little ones before the goddess graced my life with Dere. It was ... life changing in many wonderous ways."

@tanit ~ Being a member of the Moondancer house has me often very busy, whether shopping in the outer reaches of the Dragon Empire, exploring the underdark of Golarion, following a hairbrained, er well thought out plan of Ryder's to misbehave somewhere, rescue lost friends, explore various dungeons or be the captain of the great Bed-Ship. I enjoy piercing others almost as much as piercing myself so when I am free I like to offer my services and walk others through their self-reflective journey of pain, pleasure and ornamentation. So, I simply cannot maintain a permanent shop but the very lovely Satiah does keep a permanent room for me to practice my trade when I have time to relax in Ahket.

@ikari - Oh, it's fine asking, I don't mind. Kezzer and I were together for less then a year. To be honest I originally went to him as a spite towards somebody else who had just broken my heart, but did, and do love Kezzer still, just not in the way that he would like. You see, he has certain, um, dark and scary leanings that aren't really to my taste. It made things awkward and difficult for me being with him. To be honest I was a close friend of Ryder's at the time and we used to talk about Kezzer and Alexia. Both of us realized that we weren't happy at all with our significant others and that we were still in new relationships. After a long talk, with no plans to get together, we both decided to end it with them... although I was pregnant at the time with Kezzer's baby, and Alexia with Ryder's (and Karen's.. but that's another story). It was difficult, but I believe it was for the best.
I don't like sounding mean, and I worry about saying this... but I didn't want somebody who I could just live with, I wanted somebody who I couldn't live without.
Ryder and I getting together wasn't planned, it just sort of happened in the whirlwind of the break-ups, and we're both delightfully happy with each other. My sisters took in Kezzer and he says that he's happy with them. I don't feel any jealousy, which I think shows how much I do love Kezzer, but how I wasn't really 'in' love with Kezzer.
*she looks a little nervously at her ex-consort, hoping that she's not hurting his feelings*

@ariya - *Phae'shalee beams and smiles brightly* Why thank you. Riley is a joy and blessing to have around, I'm happy that her mother finally let Ryder and I take her permenantly. She didn't seem too pleased with it, and I'll at least give her credit that it seemed to pain her parting with one of her children. She still visits when she can, and always does her best to still be kind to Riley.
But it's when she's too kind to Ryder that I keep a close eye on that one.

Ariya glances at Kezzer scepticaly "You REALLY like talking about piercing ... and things that can pierce .. don't you?" ETA: Gave Phae a little grin. "Sounds like she just tries to compete with you in a rather immature way, and you are winning it by a landslide. Good on you girl, winning without even competing is the best way to go.
