((Aye. Ammelia would climb out of the tomb and give a little gesture of thanks to the one buried here before returning to the chariot for updates. I was waiting for a DM promp--hopefully this is ok!))

Fia decided that since she did not need Julians light to see, she would walk ahead of the group so the ones that need the light had it.

((Okay, I wasn't sure for a moment there. lol )) As far as you can tell you don't seem to have missed any vital information. Finding your way back out is fairly simple since you can easily follow the tracks in the dust and sand. It's still daunting walking over or by the traps that were disabled by whoever had come here some time in the not too far past. Carefully the outside doorway is checked, and the glyphs on the door frame are still inactive. As you leave the tomb you can see TaRepy near the chariot where she is still keeping an eye on Adjo. Keeping him at 'staff point' as the Pharoah had joked earlier. The Pharaoh Adjo doesn't seem to notice that some sphinxes are missing, or even that new ones have arrived. It doesn't seem to be a lack of care or wit since even the High Mage TaRepy only gives a curious look but seems to not be sure about whatever it was that she saw. Perhaps another time paradox? Adjo seems to be a bit healthier, or perhaps he's better at hiding the pain from whatever is afflicting him. He adresses the group as you near. "I'm very pleased to see that you are all safe and well. Have you found anything? Any sign of where the necromancer may have gone?"

Rajan produced the scrolls regarding the thieves hideout he had taken. "We found this. Evidence of thieves." He offered them to Adjo. "And evidence of stolen tablets for a dark ritual."

Although Myara did not possess any of the papyrus maps she swiftly addressed Pharoah Adjo's question, "We did find some maps that lead to the location of an old hideout. Who managed to pick them up?" She questioned the group.

Amihan nodded "Indeed there is a dark ritual that can be used on the crook and flail. We fear that is what the bat thingy wanted them for."

Neti stayed quiet so that the Pharaoh wasn't overwhelmed with too many voices at once.

Dalila would bow to the high mage and the pharaoh but would let the ones who knew more of what was going on speak but she did take in everything going on..and thought Adjo looked..a little off but again would remain silent for now.

Ammelia browraised and eyed the king up and down. 'You should be resting.'
She sighed and produced her portions of maps from the tomb. 'Did anyone else grab other maps? Or are (her and rajans) it?'
((ETA Goodness the spelling errors! I couldn't let this one slide..))

((You said you grabbed them. I assumed by that you meant you grabbed all of the maps concerning the hideout))

Julian lowered his staff, the light going out. He stood next to Fia and waited to see if anyone else had any maps or scrolls.

Amon looks upon the Pharaoh and the High Mage in reverence. This is the closest he's ever been to the King.

Adjo listened intently while the group spoke, informing him on what they had uncovered.
"A dark ritual?" Adjo looked concerned. TaRepy's eyes widened "That would explain a lot. I've been holding some type of dark energy at bay. Although I still I don't understand exactly how it is affecting the Pharaoh." "You have done great work my subjects." Adjo's voice was kind and honest. "We should make haste to the lair that the map shows. Perhaps we'll find more clues." He had a look as if he wished that he could be doing more, but TaRepy shot him a serious look each time he caught her eye.
"I do agree that you need to conserve your energy." the High Mage said to the Pharaoh after Amellia commented on his health. She leaned closer to the Pharaoh and only the most acute could hear her whisper "Or I'll lick your ears." Adjo smiled and shook his head in good humour at TaRepy, but had a look that he hoped she hadn't been overheard.
Adjo coughed to refocus his mind. "We should leave just in case something else returns so we can rest. According to these maps it seems as if this lair is a day's travel away."
