(Official RP) the Battle for the Crook and Flail - Part 2

((Good thing Amihan rolled well! It was only if everybody failed by 5 or more... and everybody else seems to have failed. ^^; ))

Carefully the group moves into the mouth of the cavern. It looks as if it hasn't been touched in ages, as if nobody would bother to live in such a place.. which was probably how the thieves liked it. There are signs of passage into this cave sometime... in the more recent past (a few months maybe?) from disturbed sand deeper into the cave. There are stalagtites and stalagmites that need to be carefully walked around. Following the signs of a trail it leads the way into one of the many caverns that lead from this part of the cave.

It's easier to walk in this area, but Amihan easily notices the pressure plates in the stone, worked in a way to make them seem like the rough stone floor. There are numerous holes in the sides of the tunnel, nearly hidden by rock.

It was lucky Amihan had found the plates and holes in the walls becuse that could hve been dangerus if one of them was to step on them it they where still active. Some my have been leaving with new holes, Dalila sure did not wish for any..and she waited to see what the next move was.

Ammelia blinked when some pressure plate traps came into view--traps she initially did not see. 'Well then...' she whispered, 'Must be off kilter.'

Shes 'very' cautious of her surroundings and moves accordingly.

(I can roll another perception from where she is standing so as not to set anything off if needed. I swear its normally high o.o))

Amihan carefully showed where the traps where and how to work around them. He was glad the traps had been found at least nobody would be hurt working into the lair. He looked back "Everyone still safe? I would have to examine them to make sure I can disarm them safely."

((Essentially he would want to take his time to ensure a decent bonus to disarming them. Amihan is very very cautious about traps. So if he can maneuver around them he would rather leave them in place unless people want them disarmed))

Julian picked his way along the path that Amihan dictated to the group, being very careful of where he stepped.

((Somebody, or more of you if you wish to risk it, should roll to see if they can disable the trap. Again, it's a risk since it's the same numbers or higher that you need to roll (12 or 17) and the same that if everybody rolls 5 less or lower you will have something happen to all who tried.  Nothing permanent, but it will hinder you for this story.))

Rajan carefully followed the group as they navigated through the area and around the traps.

((If you are just avoiding the pressure plates it will require a roll for everybody going in the tunnel who will need a 12 or higher. Any who fail will have a penalty. Disabling will remove the need to get past the plates.))

((Can we bypass them without disabling? If so he'll leave it as it secures the passage behind the group))
