 Ardeth found a suitable shell to use as a whetstone and began sharpening his spears. The Atlanteans had offered him a trident, but the weapon had felt wrong in his paws. He would use his own weapons. They had never failed him. He trusted them. His head hurt a bit from the psychic connection, but he would not let it distract him from the fight. |

Zian hummed under his breath and toyed with his blades. He had the gift of speech, whether or not the language was dead or modern) and wondered if the Kracken spoke. The Atlanteans seemed psychic enough... perhaps their enemy had the same traits.

 Tzila made sure she was ready, guns loaded and working and spare ammo. A small dagger was tucked away under her robe for close quarters just incase. She also took the trident handed to her and placed the pearls around her neck. She would be ready for anything, hopefully. |

 Isolde puts her helmet on and draws her sword. "A kraken you say?" she says wistfully, "We shall see what we can lure out of these depths! Though I am also interested in this talk of crystals. How shiny are they?" (((OCC- wow choosing who would come was hard! I wanted to bring someone without wings that might be liable to actually fight a kraken >.> I guess that's Isolde though tbh she might just be here to hunt crystals and any other shiny treasures she can find.))) |

Using his wings to help propel him through the water was difficult, but Ardeth soon got the hang of it. He headed with his group toward area 15 to begin his search.
