The Country Easter Bunny

Spring had sprung, the grass had rise... I wonder where the bunny is? 

I have a simple giveaway for Easter this year. When I was little I had a book called 'The Country Bunny and the Little Gold Shoes'. I loved that book and would read it every year when Easter was coming around. I loved it so much that in 3rd grade I did a paper doll puppet play of the kids book that I was sent to the kindergarten classes to perform since the teacher loved it so much.

Anyhow, I loved that book and it still fills me with nostalgia, so I figured I would share that nostalgia. ^_^

All of the items on the bunny are templated (save for the large egg). 

Now I prefer themed sphinxes to go to people who at least know the story, so I have a fun way to do this contest... I have a quiz about the story! (The book has a 'let's read' version on YouTube, so if you didn't know the story yourself you can learn it now. <3 )

To enter it's simple, fill out the quiz below and pm it to me by 10am EST April 5th. Everybody who answers all of the questions correctly will be entered into a draw for the country bunny. Also, everybody who answers the quiz correctly will be given an egg basket item. ^_^

That was such a cute and wonderful story! The illustration style hit right in the nostalgic feel for some of the illustrated books I read as a kid.

I did a bit of a cultural search for the book and the themes add a wonderful extra layer to it <3

It was a very cute book. I didn't remember it at first but as I listened to it it seemed a bit familiar so I think I might have heard it before and some point and forgotten about it over the years. So thank you
