As you peruse the pets a Catpaw student comes forward, her well trained rat bounding at her paws. She pauses to pick up her rat and scritches it's little head gently while looking over the group.  "Pets are the best, aren't they?" she muses out loud to whoever is the closest. "I don't know what I would do without my little rattie here." she gets a playful smile and cocks her head slightly. "I know that you're looking for pets here, but do you have any at home, or any favourites that you would like to talk about?" ((OOC))"Pets are the Best!"The sneaky Catpaw girl above seems to like animals... or does she really, I mean, you can't always trust what a Catpaw says. Nah, she's got a pet, she's probably being honest about it. To enter to win the girl above show a picture and write a short paragraph about one of your pets that you have or had in the past. (If you don't have a photo you may just write a short paragraph. If you have never had a pet in your life you may write a short paragraph about a favourite animal.) Everybody who enters by 11 am EST tomorrow will be entered into a random draw for the Catpaw girl above. There will also be a second draw for a pet rat. (You can only win once.) |

That's it for my games today. I'm getting pretty exhausted. Mr. Pooka is still dressing up some sphinxes. ^_^ I'm curious what you guys think of Widdershins? I actually thought up the concept for this place (which was going to have a different name) way back in '04 when I used to play Neopets. I had created a peophin witch named MagikBook (who Magadlyn Shadowstone is based after) who wound up pulled into HP roleplays. The characters weren't too far from graduating so I started to create a University. I made up the houses back then, it just never got to the point of being used. It's had a lot of changes from the original concept, but the houses are the same. |

hellos!!! am i too late? was poked to come to school There is still an overnight contest going on. ^_^ The event itself will be going the rest of the month. Also, during this event everybody can sort one sphinx (with a chance to win more things later). The quiz is on the front page under the house symbols. Once you have a house for your sphinx you can mail Mr. Pooka with your sphinx, house and wand choice (in the wands section) to get the cert background, uniform and wand added. |

The university idea is pretty neat, and the name is really quite something. It’s really neat you were able to keep the original house names even with various changes and updates. ☺️
I was actually sitting here wondering about his name when the letter was first posted. Lol 😂
