We're just relaxing and snacking, (-8 I've also been working on a special holiday RP for Pooka tomorrow to introduce her new characters and take them on a fun themed adventure!
...and eating lots of cheese, yay!

LOL. She prepped the pie shells while I mixed the filling up. I used to make these when I worked at the Cracker Barrel. I haven't in awhile though so I hope they turn out okay.

Very pretty Pooka!! She'd make a lovely Sphinx if you haven't made her one as yet.
I am relaxing after a clusterfark of a day at work. I wanted to throttle four people, we had one SCROOGE of a customer get nasty with me because I was telling him the truth about something and he thought I was laying. So glad I don't have to go anywhere til Monday. Right now I have a full tummy with dinner in it, a bottle of cherry coke beside me, a lit Christmas tree and watching National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. The moment my shift was done, the only thing on my mind was 'Hallelujah!! Holy shit! Where's the Tylenol?'. I also got mom's extra special gift set in its frame and...I can't wait to give it to her...

I'm fairly certain I've tried one, but I really can't remember the last time I had or saw a Pecan pie, and never a chocolate chip one, Yum! ...and Cracker Barrel is another American Chain I've got to try someday, (-8

Ooo, that's a good idea! I'm going to make a ham and cheese casserole tomorrow but I need to cook a Spaghetti squash first (with some for the casserole) and I've got an extra pie pumpkin still kicking around so I'll do them together, (-8 I used to make lots of pumpkin (and squash) buns, scones and such, because yum. (-8 but my current fav and Pooka's SUPER fav is currently this recipe (which I've made with squash as well...) www.ketofocus.com/recipes/keto-pumpkin-bread/It's keto, so higher fat and lower carbs, which might not work for some, but I think you could totally sub any flour in here and it would work out nice (though I haven't tried to be sure...) I make a big batch of these and we like them for breakfasts, (-8 |
