I just have to post this one due to a day of computer stress... as I was just saying to rayvin_kittiy, Mr. Pooka and I are not very computer adept (he's still better at this then I am and has fixed quite a few viruses/crashes in the past though). Sometimes I think we're just barely better then Zoolander and Hansel with computers. So.. I'm this kind of nerd. As part of my teaching myself about table top gaming I've been on Twitch.tv for months watching streamed or broadcast games. I've been happy and lucky enough to find two consistent channels that I enjoy watching. One is a little more serious than the other but they are WONDERFUL. The first was Geek and Sundry on Twitch.tv -- their tabletop game is Critical Role and is FAB. I LOVE this group so hard. SO HARD. lol I'm gonna link their Halloween episode only because it's hilarious to see them dressed up so weirdly. And Liam <3 He dressed as Wesley.. I can't help but love him all the more. VIDEO LINK REMOVED -- Just realized they curse ALOT in that vod. <,< Watcher beware. Bare in mind this is streamed episode 30 and the Geek and Sundry website has access to ALL the previous episodes plus extra fun things. So if you don't get the story watch from the start. But this was just a hilarious episode in my eyes. They play LIVE Thursdays 7-10pm PST on the Geek and Sundry Twitch.tv channel. The second is wonderful. He is actually the DM for my Thursday (off stream) game and I LOVE watching his Pokemon tabletop adventures (Kanto Crusades). His channel is friendly and the community small/still growing but fun. ^^ He also broadcasts on Twitch.tv under his channel and has all the VODs uploaded there. His twitch channel is Bubbernaut_CCE. BUT be warned; they are all adults and cursing and some.. innuendo does happen. The Kanto Crusades are live Mondays from 4-9pm EST. |
