I finally got a chance to watch the little mermaid remake! Hubby got Disney + cause dr. Who. Got to say, I have some minor grumbles ( just a few CGI designs and surprisingly the instrumental portion of the songs was like...monotone? Missing depth) but it was a great movie overall. I knew they weren't going to stay to the original so I had time to adjust and be open minded. I needed that time and I'm glad I had it because it made me enjoy the movie. I will say that Ariel and Ursula were played dead on..like, the acting, you can tell how much soul they put into it to become those characters. So.. yeah. Thumbs up from me 🧜♀️ I can't say I've enjoyed any of the live action remakes myself, this one included, though I was genuinely looking forward to it. The trailer looked pretty good... I won't go into all the reasons I disliked it, lol, that would hit my 3rd strike of complete Comic Book Guy for this thread and I don't wanna kick myself out, (-8. Now, the New Dr. Who on the other hand, that I can get behind! (-8 I'm also super interested to see Ncuti Gatwa's Who. I'm mostly familiar with him from Sex Education (which I highly recommend, great show!) and I'm just super interested where the character will go! |

I usually go looking for Suicune (or try to get mine over) to each new game when I can XD The legendary dogs are just classics, (-8 So funnily, did you know that the "dogs" were apparently all inspired by cats, not dogs? |

also, idk if anyone's had access to Pokémon Horizons, the new anime series. It is truly delightful! Really it's one of my fav anime now and I really can't get enough of it, (-8
The other show was always a show... sort of like a long commercial for Pokémon, but lovable enough that we watched it for decades... but Horizons is truly an Anime all in it's own right, with wonderful characters, excellent plots and worldbuilding that I think Pokémon mans have really been craving! I can't say enough good things about it, just plain good stuff, (-8 I think there's an English dub on the horizon for US Netflix in a month or so...

Maybe but also I don't think anyone could look at Suicine and not see "dog" given the snout shape and given that one is by far the favorite I think, it probably just took off from there? |

I'm disappointed about charizard because it would have been perfect for her. Shiny dragonite has a weird colour too. XD It should have been purple like the rest of it's forms. |

I vote make it purple. For personal RPs shiny color can be whatever since its just a non-standard color.
