WHile I love lasagne I think I've only made it from scratch 2 or 3 times in my life... idk why, just always seems like so much work, lol. ...though now I've got a couple keto versions I'm going to try because there are no store bought options and I need some lasagne!

Teriyaki came out pretty well. I used a pre-cooked chicken but made my own sauce, so it would be quick to make and easy to clean up. Dad really liked it. I may take the rest of the sauce and put it aside in case Mom wants to use it when she gets home.
