Yazrae is a scholar, a seeker and solver of riddles. While she might seem uninterested in conversation, the truth is that she's constantly absorbing what's being said around her... and what's going unsaid. She's no mind-reader, but she takes note of behavior patterns and tones of voice in a way that may seem magical. Welcome to Moonfire Island!Name: Cy'lalyne Having be born and raised on the island, Cyla was accustomed to the traditions that enveloped the rock she lovingly called 'home'. Loves to forage and take care of others. ((I have a cleric job upgrade..is it possible to translate into a class specific to the island? No worries if not, thought id ask)) Good question! So, normally the answer would be no. A specific job upgrade voucher is for that class specifically, but I'm deep in the mood of this event, so I can offer two things! You could use the voucher for either a Moonfire Priestess upgrade, or you can have her upgraded with the cleric costume but I can add Moonfire Cleric as the title, (-8 ...which is also a good note for everyone! While we've got lots of new costumes to check out, many classic costumes are also very appropriate, work well and are represented in the Moonfire Community. Clerics, Rangers, Thieves, knights and plenty more can also be added as usual! (some might be thematically off topic, but anything is possible with a cool story or adventure!) |

Name: Althea Darkgaze
Althea doesn't know much of where she came from. She was found as a child and raised by a couple that were very different from herself. She wanted to learn more about herself once she was grown so ventured out. As she ventured she began to manifest gifts she figured she got from her birth family. She can form blades of energy with her thoughts. And has a shadow that follows her. She often talks to the shadow. People do not usually see the shadow unless it wants them too. Some have told her she should be afraid of it and not talk to it. But to her it has not done anything to make her afraid or worried. What it is is unknown.

Description: She is wholly devoted to music and all it involves. She has high expectations of herself that include being able to play a multitude of instruments, sing, dance, and compose. She loves puns and can often be heard snorting at them. She generally goes by Illi.

((I'm quoting Mr. Pooka because he's busy naming elves. But he said that there isn't a class similar to the thief for moonfire elves to trade it over. BUT, he thinks a GP thief would look super cool on a moonfire drow. Either keeping her hair, or swiping the hair and scarf white, etc.)) ((ETA: I was also asked to mention that his computer (hie old one) is acting up and he's having trouble loading files quickly. So he's running around getting dinner ready in between loading times. He also has another contest ready, but wants to resolve the other one first.)) |

The Moonfire Bard spoke to the curious crowd... It is my duty to share the lore of Svartalfheim but I am sometimes hesitant to simply shine light on such darkness... as to not instil fear, or worse yet send of clueless heroes into the monsters den. Perhaps if you share a story yourself, something that displays your bravery or skill?Share an in-character story about something particular brave, heroic or skillful that your character has done! It should be a minimum of 250 words and should have a goodly direction or heroic outcome. (perspectival speaking, at least!) ...or maybe action works better for you then simply recounting your adventures. For you perhaps you can join our next hunting trip!post an image of a monster and roll a d20 in the same post. If you roll a 19-20 you are successful! You may enter this contest as many times as you want until you succeed in your dice roll but you must post a different monster image every time and your image cannot be one that has been posted by anyone else above you! The prize for these contests is Lore. ((...and a password to that lore.))
