Gummies are one of my weaknesses as well. It's a big thing that I was missing after giving up sugar. So hubby learned to make them! Although the molds we use are larger then the usual bears, but I get alicorns and stars.

The best part about the alicorns is that the way the mold looks they seem like they could have 8 legs (you can see all four, but the mold is thick so it seems like double legs.) I like to bite the horn and wing off so it looks like a sleipnir.

There's a couple of brands of 'sugar free' gummies around here but they are both expensive and not really sugar free (they just replace sugar with other high carb sweeteners... I mean, adding corn syrup doesn't really make it sugar free!). So I looked for recipes for Pooka and found this one which is just ridiculously stupid easy, with only three ingredients. Beyond that you just need some molds and I got mine at the dollar store, so not huge investment, (-8 I bet this would also be super fun to make with kids, (-8
