Moonfire Island
Moonfire Island look a bit of a mess... but it wasn't stopping the party! Garlands were strung everywhere and the elves were reworking the chaos into art one string at a time. Several dressed for the occasion while some were not dressed at all but everyone seemed to be having a good time. Individuals picked up baubles and strung them upon longhouses and twisted them around trees where they belonged. Someone had decorated the ring of swords near the sacred dance fire and even the statues of the Islands Goddess wore festive hats. Another couple were salvaging the displaced holiday foods and reworking them upon a fine looking table with their own Solstice feast creating a chaotic spread but no cookies would go wasted here today!
A small gathering near a sitting fire seemed to be where most of the current commotion was going on. Once you get near the crowd you find that instead of running from the anarchistic abuse of festive magic several of the locals were instead waiting for their chance to be enspelled by the rogue goblin using Santa's Regalia! While most effects has a messy or misplaced effect, such as dropping a jellied fruit ring upon someone's head, binding someone in sparkling silver tinsel or, in one case, completely gift wrapping a Sword Smith, everyone took it as the fun festive joke that it was and still more begged the Goblin for another blast of North Pole Magic! Caught up in the unusual fandom the Goblin almost didn't see you coming but when he did it was with a speed that could only be granted by Santa's Coat and he leapt intohis Santa's Sleigh and rattled the jingle bell covered reigns! He took off with a...
"Nyah ha ho ho!"
The Fake Santa raced towards an opening portal to escape but still couldn't help himself and blasted a few more Moonfire Elves as he raced by before blitzing off through the portal!
