When I was younger, after watching so many episodes of the Crocodile Hunter and loving Steve Irwin as my wildlife idol, I was very convinced that one day owning a croc was a great idea. After all, when they're that tiny and cute how can you not love on them and want one? xD
... and then Shawn Mendes went off to make an animated movie about a singing crocodile LOL

Oh my goodness, did Sesh get a promotion? xD He worked his way up and got promoted when everyone was in Hanashima, (-8
Meanwhile, back in Ahket...
Sesh happily pawed down the thoroughfare away from the palace on his way to his new noble's manse. He deserved a quick splash in his water feature and perhaps a fancy dinner of crispy roasted duck after managing to pull off the safest and most hijinks free Heb Bastet in fifteen years while under his watch as the Pharaoh's new Vizier. In high spirits he decided on a short cut through the park to take in some of the lovely blooming flowers gifted from far off Hanashima, several of which surprisingly only bloomed under the moonlight. He paused under a great pomegranate tree and breathed deeply the scent of the night blooming flowers, allowing the peace and quite of the garden to guide his spirit into blissful perfection.
An explosion of blue light and crackling electricity smashed his calm into a million fragments. He stared, stunned by the glowing ball of light in front of him and he saw several familiar Sphinxes suddenly appear crouching before his wide eyes! Selene IV, dressed in an odd black leathery jacket, stood from her crouch and twirled around her shotgun with practised theatrics while Sahret also stood, casually and playfully holding up a terrible metallic skull in her paw admiring it with a smirk. They were flanked by a pair of ghostbusting guards who carried a third heavily wounded companion, all looking exhausted. Behind them Ranquillane the Time Mage looked deeply into the sand of her hourglass while eying her watch and Breaker the... idk what he is, clacked the buttons on his bizarre bracer.
"Looks like everything is in order." Ranquillane said without taking her eyes from her watch.
"One of our best time hacks yet!" exclaimed Breaker cracking open a tall can of soda loudly.
Selene IV hopped up onto a fountains edge and put her paw over her eyes to look around. "Palace, check. Bone Hill, gone. Temples of Isis and Anubis, check. Drone Choppers, none to be seen. The Great Sphinx still sitting... check. ...and we're done!"
Sesh stepped forward and the group all reflexively took battle positions and aimed weapons in his direction... before relaxing and even smiling at their own overzealousness. "What... what on earth is going on here?" he asked concerned and nervous. "Is there a threat or danger or..."
Selene IV hopped down and tossed her shotgun up causing it to swing on it's sling and land behind her back. "Ha! Not if we succeeded and... it looks like we pulled it off team!" she called loudly with a obvious sense of pride.
"Pulled what off?" Sesh asked quickly.
"Wouldn't you like to know!" Selene IV shot back with a suggestive wink.
"Hey, that's not... I mean..." the Vizier stuttered.
"Don't I know you?" Selene IV asked the sputtering Sphinx.
"He's one of the scribes you fired," stated Sahret with a sigh.
"Really? If you say so... he does look familiar." Selene IV added.
"I need to know what's going on..." the Vizier tried to ask.
"Sorry, your still fired and we don't need another scribe at this time... ha, this time. It's still funny!" she laughed and smirked at Sahret who smiled back. "You know I'm feeling generous. Maybe dress up all nice and come down to the Temple of Bastet in a few days and maybe, just maybe we can find you a job."
"I don't need... I have a job!" Sesh called out as the group began walking away... what the heck was it about Selene IV that frazzled his mental skills?
"That's the spirit, act like you have the job you want and make your dreams come true!" Selene IV called back enthusiastically!
Sesh wanted to try and clear this up but thought better of it. This was going nowhere and they were not going to give him anything so he decided to get off the streets and head back to his new house... it had been a long day being the Pharaoh's scribe, er Royal Vizier, darn it!
Everyone in Ahket slept soundly that night never knowing what horrors they had battled through and subsequently erased from time... except perhaps for a single Ghost Hunter who looked out over the city from the top of the Temple with her unblinking cold red eyes...

The Simpsons covered practically everything! xD When the dolphin calfs were introduce, I was like... there's def a Simpsons episode about this, in which the dolphins take over and force all the people into the ocean as retribution, hahaha
