It was (still) Beltane and many a bard were attending the holiday's gathering. It was the best of times to both learn and pass on songs and stories of Inisfail so few could pass up the opportunity. One bard in particular loved tales of wolves; the animals themselves, wolf traited sphinxes, wolf netjers and the shapeshifters who walked as wolves. It was her specialty. ((OOC - Game!!)
Scavenger HuntTo win the wolf above it will be a random draw with the entry being a completed scavenger hunt. Take a photograph of one of each of the following things with your username in the picture. 1 Knotwork 2 instrument 3 wolf 4 real flower(s) 5 basket 6 something furry (fake fur/material counts) 7 Sunrise, Sunset or the moon (a real one in the sky, even clouded over is fine.) 8 Food that you can eat boiled (potato, cabbage, pudding, etc and it doesn't need to be boiled for the picture, just is sometimes cooked boiled.) 9 something celtic(ish) (anything with a celtic feel/look to it.) 10 Wildcard - anything you feel represents Inisfail, celts, musicians or wolves Post your completed list in this thread. The photographs of items need to be tangible objects (ie. knotwork on the cover of a book is fine, but not a photograph of your computer screen with knotwork displayed on it. I will also not accept a printed out page with knotwork on it.) Hopefully that makes sense. The first person to correctly post all of the photographs will win their choice of an instrument item along with being entered into the draw. You have three days from this thread's posting to enter.

PookaWitch, would something like a bookmark tassel count for knotwork, or does it need to be more complex/ornamental than that?

PookaWitch, would something like a bookmark tassel count for knotwork, or does it need to be more complex/ornamental than that? I don't think a typical bookmark tassel would be knotwork. But if it's a special one that was braided up to look more like knotwork then a twist, that would probably count.

would a haining fruit basked work even if its made of metal? So long as it's a basket it can be made of any material. (Even those paper baskets you'd make in elementary school for Easter would do. XD )

Scavenger Hunt1 Knotwork: Some knotwork on a top of mine 2 instrument: Mwahahaha!!! Fear me!! I have bagpipes!!! Yes, these are mine and I sound like a sick goose XD 3 wolf: WolfWalkers graphic novel and my Squishable Hati 4 real flower(s): Thanks to my one neighbor for letting me get a picture of them 5 basket: How about four? 6 something furry: Deer hide that my Dad left here on the banister at the apartment....thanks Dad XD 7 Sunrise, Sunset or the moon: Sunrise, waited before the sun came up and was 'blinding' glare 8 Food that you can eat boiled: I saw that broccoli and carrots can be boiled, so here they are. 9 something celtic: From L to R: My Connemara marble Angel necklace(came from Ireland, a gift from my Mom about 14-ish years ago, comes in many shades of green, you never know what shade you'll get when you order jewelry), my Nehalennia necklace, one of my claddagh rings on the corner(From Ireland, I don't wear it on account it has a split in the band and I don't want to have it break and lose it), my Celtic knotwork moon kitty, my Brave backpack ornament(it sits on a shelf in my room actually), my Merida triple bear necklace(a good quality necklace, not cheap plastic or such) [ 10 Wildcard - anything you feel represents Inisfail, celts, musicians or wolves: This is a sticker that a friend of my Aunt's made. My Aunt's friend is an artist and she did this and I have a book as well of notable woman. Her artwork is wonderful. I figured this fit the bill because...well...Celts are as the sticker says, Wicked Brave and Crazy Strong....especially the women who took up arms

would a pet wolf in my inventory work? Not in this case. It needs to be a photograph of a tangible thing. (figurine, plushie, necklace, book with a wolf on it, etc)
