Kids At play

"Now Hasana, Namono. Sagira & Usi the Musicians will be hear to teach you music in a second. You are not to leave the park until me or your farther comes to fetch you. Is that understood?"
Kesi looked at her two children knowing that almost as soon as se left they would run off and play.
"Yes mom. we will stay in the park" Hasana said watching a butterfly flutter past.
"until you or dad fetches us." Namono added watching the grass in the other direction as it rippled slightly.
Kesi shook her head slightly before leaving the park to go on her hunt.


"Hasana why do we have to learn music? " Namono asked pouncing into the empty grass.
"because dad says we have good grace and could be dancers." Hasana replied gracefully leaping into the air to catch the butterfly in her paws.
"Ewwwww it squished!" she said rubbing her paws on the grass.
Namono rolled onto her side laughing "yeah some graceful."
"why dont you taste it?" Hasana replied moving towards her with her front paw outstretched a mischievous grin plastered on her face.
"ewwww bug paw." Namono laughed moving just out of her reach.


(Kids only Rp ^^ Parents/guardians may drop them off but only kids allowed to stay.
Think of this as the time before class starts at school ^^
I just picked Musicians for my lessons but feel free to add other reasons why they are their ^^)

With a sweap of his wings Funsani sat himself down agily in the clearing. From his back green eyes peaked out. "Come Azibo." he said softly lowering one wing to the ground



Tentatively the small brown cub climbed down the wing a small bag hung from his neck and he looked up at the silvery hirico. Funsani tilted the end of his beak up in a smile and said "You need to interact with those of you age on occasion. While hear it will not hurt you to learn a thing or two."

Azibo sat down his hears tiled back and nodded to the big male. Nodding once Funsani lept into the air and with a sweep of his massive wings was gone.

Azibo sat were he had been left, no moving for a moment. He glanced at the two females his age already there before quickly looking away. Staring at his paws he shifted from one to another.

Hasana looked up at the same moment Namono ducked as their was a loud whoosh of wings over their heads.

"Woo that was SO cool." Hasana said watching the larger sphinx flew away.
Namono looked up from under her paws and noticed a small orange child a little way off.

"oh look Has Someone else is here." Namono said bounding over towards them.
Hasana followed quickly after but tripped over her feet and tumbled into her sister.
Both ended up in a pile in front of the new youngster laughing happily.
"I'm Hasana and this is my younger sister Namono are you here for lessons to?" Hasana said untangling herself from her sister.
"Hey i'm not younger were twins." Namono said sitting up quickly causing Hasana to fall side ways.

Azibo gasped a bit in surprise as the two female cubs suddenly appeared in front of him in a jumble. As they sorted themselves out and introduced themselves he gulped a bit and said some what hesitantly "I'm Azibo...and um yeah I think I'm here for lessons." his brow furrowed a bit in reluctance...he didn't really want to share the other reason for his being here just yet.

At the distant mention of lessons, a head turned at the far end of the park, ears pricking. "Finally," the stocky male growled to himself. "One would think that her parents would have mentioned just exactly where I was to take her for these lessons they arranged. Not that I can fail to see why they wish her in someone else's fur for a time...but why mine?" Turning his head, Chigaru scanned the grassy area for his charge. He still had no clue what had possessed the quiet couple to entrust their only child to a vampire. It wasn't as though he even liked cubs. But ever since he'd first met her while leaving an offering at the temple her mother had been cleaning the bright cyan cub with the startlingly green eyes had adored him. Shaking his head and sighing he addressed what appeared to be a bush. "Panya, I know you are in there. Do not make me come in after you."

In the bush, tucked away just below the thorns, Panya giggled. "No no, come get me Unca Chigs! Come get me, toss fly!"

This earned her, or at least the bush, a stern glare. "Chigaru. I am Chigaru. And I am Not an uncle to you. Your parents both are far too young to be of any relation to me. Now out. Lessons. Now. Go meet other cubs." Unspoken was the thought that if she made friends her own age she might leave him be. And without their daughter pushing, the hunter rather doubted that the parents would approach him further.

After a few minutes, when no move was made by Panya to come out, Chigaru appeared to give up, shrugging and turning to pace away. He hadn't gotten more than a few steps when he suddenly smirked to himself as there was a flurry of panicked sounds from the bush. He waited until the rapid patter of footsteps told him that she was fully out, then whirled, plucking her up and tucking the small cub under one leg. "You are going to lessons, I promise you this. And you will stay at them until I or one of your parents comes to claim you back. Is this understood small nuisance?"

As Chigaru moved with surprising grace for a Sphinx using only three legs Panya sighed and bowed her head. "Yes Unca Chigs, I'll stay. I'd rath'a go play at your house though." Chigaru rolled his eyes, but said nothing. He was about to get a rare day of freedom to actually sleep rather than slather himself in the ointment that stopped the sun's light from scorching the fur from his skin and chase a small, enthusiastic cub all over. Not that he needed much sleep...but still, it would be nice.

Pacing over to where the three other cubs were getting acquainted Chigaru dropped Panya, who tucked herself up and rolled happily. "Bye bye Unca Chigs, come back soon!" she waved after him as the vampire grunted and continued on his way home. For a moment the little cub seemed to droop, then she perked back up and turned to the others waiting on lessons. After a moment she crouched and leapt for the nearest tail by way of introducing herself to the small group.

Azibo's eyes widened as a new teal cub that had just arrived suddenly attacked his tail. "Gahhh!" he exclaimed falling over as he attempted to back away from the new arrival to no avail as the female cub successfully captured his tail. Attempting to sit back up with his tail still captured the sandy colored cub blinked at the teal colored female.

"Umm...excuse me...but um thats...my tail...its kind of...attached to me." Azibo stumbled out as he finally made it back to a sitting position looking at Hasana and Namono with an almost pleading look in his green eyes, not at all sure just how to handle this situation...cubs his age were some what scary from what he had gathered so far...or just really hyper maybe it seemed to him.

Hasana smiled as another cub appeared bounding forward towards her.
"Hi you here for lessons too?" she asked dropping into a ply bow type pose waiting for her moment to pounce one her.
When the new cub entered the scene Namono had dropped back slightly, when her sister moved forward she and moved round towards Azibo.
"my sister is a bit to strong some times. daddy keeps telling her off." she said quietly to Azibo.

Hasana smiled looking at the new girl that had arrived "I'm Hasana. you here for fun too?" before the other cub could answer Hasana lunged forward hug tackling her gently...ish to the ground.

For a moment Panya looked quite startled that she had actually captured a tail. After all...the sandy male cub was male and had similar markings to Chigaru, and the vampire had never let her actually catch his tail. But the little cub swiftly recovered and giggled triumphantly. "Oh yes, yes, it's attached! You is a Sphinx like me and we don't loose tails when we get pounced! Not like the silly no-fair lizardies." Her wide green eyes stared intently at the sandy tail as she tried to decide what to do with it now that she had captured the tail. Fortunately for Azibo, Hasana interrupted Panya before she could make up her mind. Otherwise he likely would have gotten nipped.

With a squeak followed by more mad giggling Panya went over, rolling onto her back as she was tackled in turn. Giggling she reacted by tucking her hind legs up and kicking out (though with sheathed claws) to see if she could toss her playful attacker off and launch a counter attack of her own. The swift tackle had knocked all thought of answering the question that had proceeded it out of the young cub's mind.
