If 'yes' is it simple or time consuming?: Simple (simple = jewelry, time consuming = new clothing/hair/weapons) A beautiful gold pocket-watch with chain, it's an item he is very attached to, but I can easily RP him having it and it doesn’t need to be drawn for him. Why do you want this character Sphinxified?: Because I've had him around since I was about 8 y/o and he's very special to me.

He would love to be able to keep his glasses which can be seen in the ref picks I've done for him [for adoptable, sadly I've never been able to get him to look right in his "human form." as for hair the Male Ponytail, in a nice deep shade of brown [Hex: 48-27-2-9] would be perfect for him.
In a sphinx form I would like him looking like what he normally takes as his kitty form, pretty much a long-haired gray/silver tabby, OR Egyptian Mau cat.
Character Personality: (A place where I can see if this is a well developed OC. Ones RPed a lot and very beloved tend to develop their personalities so strongly that they nearly become a multiple-personality for you. lol )
He is quirky, though very loyal to friends, though one to not take much seriously. Though at other times can be quite serious. He loves to learn about other cultures it's almost a hobby of his, to go out to different worlds and such just to learn, then head off to the next to continue learning. [it's hard narrowing the information about this character down, very hard, I found a 100 questionnaire for answering for OC's and completed that. I later when I went to re-read it realized it was answered in character, kinda funny I didn't notice as I was typing the answers.]
Character Background: (Here is where you can try to convince me that this is a beloved OC. Give me all the details you want, but try to keep background stories to around 2 paragraphs... I like bio descriptions not a novel. ^^; If you find that you have 'so' much background that can't be skipped and need to add more paragraphs that's fine though, but try not to overdo it. Add pictures if you have them, emotions, important details etc.)
Again I have that 100 questionnaire but I think that will be to long, I think I'll just place a few things in here, hopefully that will be enough.
Falkner was born either at home with his mother or at a hospital, these things, are vague in his memory, and when, He couldn't even begain to remember. He is told He looks between 17 and 20, but He doesn’t know for how long he has been told this, he is pretty sure he is older then both guesses.
He can live where and whenever he wants, due to his ability to change the dimension he is currently in and also shape-shifting, normally if he starts to feel a tie to someone he will move on, as he doesn’t think it would be fair to any significant other, to be with one like him and his unsatisfiable wanderlust. There are a few he will constantly go back to, those that know his true self, and understand he can't always be around, but he finds them few and far between.

Naturally, what I consider my normal form is normally pale complected, with faint blue eyes, thin wire rimmed glasses which rest on my nose, black or brown hair, depending on my mood at that general moment. Tall but not to tall, about 5'11, thin build, My clothing generally fits into the situation, if I require business attire, thats what I wear, if it's casual I need, again thats what I'll be found in. Generally I like looking like a gentlemen, I assume my normal world was that of a medieval era, as those types of clothing feel comfortable on me, but who knows. Though I normally have something to cover my vibrant green/yellow fae like wings. Unless I'm known in the area for having them, then I don’t' wear the cloak. My Wings are the only thing I can't change of my appearance, anything else is easily done.
I also commonly take the form of an Egyptian Mau cat with my Vibrant wings and green/or icy-blue eyes eyes.
Anything else?
My two References, though the cat is much more what I would like him looking as a sphinx if he was ever made. Though the Fairy pony is a good idea of the patterning of his wings and color. [Wings should be the brightest shade of yellow green you can possibly muster with out going blind >.> normally around the hex [201-255-000]

Character Background:Jame (or the pony Jaíe) was abandoned at a very young age. Because of that she became a "pack leader" in her own world. Living in a wasteland caused her to become uncivilized. She has had no one to depend on her entire life and it consumed what she could have been. For a long time, she was afraid. Afraid of the sounds at night while she slept. The heavy feeling of sudden death on her heart. One day, her heart hardened. She killed a rabbit, and used it's blood to make war paint on her body. Symbols only she could understand. And from that day forth, she would be fear.

She is also probably one of my most if not the most happy character I have too lol. XD Character Personality: Most of the time Lakota is one of those bubbly happy types that drive a lot of people crazy in the morning. She's not really a morning person though thankfully. She's very much the optimist though which can get a bit maddening. She absolutely adores cubs and I think if left to herself would have a whole house full of them. She is fiercely protective of them too and it's here that you will usually her magic come to light. As a general rule she is reluctant to use her power because it tends to start fires that she then has to put out. In defense of someone who cannot help themselves, however, she would roast the town before letting them get hurt. She also suffers from a basically insatiable sense of curiosity that has gotten her into trouble more than once. When something intrigues her she just has to find out more. She does tend to be really naive too which does not help in the trouble department. Thankfully no matter what kind of trouble she gets into she can usually get herself out of it. Especially if pit roasting the offending party will help. XD Character Background: First of all Kota was not born with her power. She was born perfectly normal to a family of slaves. Her father managed to escape long enough to free her and her sister, but he was recaptured. She was then found by a lady named Angel, appropriately enough, who raised her as her own daughter. Kota was just a baby so she doesn't remember much of her parents before then, but Angel was a good mother so her childhood was fairly average. When she was 16 she went adventuring, and during the course of this was abducted into what could be described as an alternate universe. It was here that she was discovered by a fire beast that for unknown reasons took a liking to her. Instead of spit roasting her for some fox on a stick, it formed a psychic bond with her and then released her. She was never able to communicate with it proerly so she doesn't know why. It then sent her home where she found out she retained some of the fire beasts power. Over the next several years her curiosity drove her to embrace this power rather than fear it so she learned eventually to control it. Mostly. She set fire to her home so many times she started living in a cave for a while. It was not her favorite time, but better than watching all her belongings go up in smoke every few weeks. At this point in her life she can keep it under control unless severely irritated, at which point she can leave smoking paw-prints behind by accident. She does put out the fire fast though and tries to pay for the damages too. She can play with small fireballs too, and given the right provocation even set her body on fire. This is very draining though and leaves her both exhausted and starving, so she has learned to be a lot more level headed than she used to be, something we are all grateful for I'm sure. To date she has reunited with her sister, but she has no idea where her father or mother might be. As far as she knows they are both deceased. Anything else? Yes Sphinx name: Uzuri Owner name: PonyMama Species: Egyptian Gender: Female Traits: feline face, Silky Tail Eye Colour: Blue (0000FF) Nose colour (for feline faced): Hot Pink (FF69B4) Skin colour (for regular sphinxes): Powder Blue (B0E0E6) Class (if existing): Peasant I guess since I do not know what would work for her Any cert/text adjustments?: I have no idea what kind of adjustments, so I will say no Design: Long loose wig, that is the same powder blue as her body with tips in the hot pink. Up her back legs only are just a swirly and dots pattern in the hot pink. her tail is powder blue with the hot pink tipping the silky part Character Personality: Uzuri can be extremely shy in larger groups, tending to stick to herself and watch closely. She likes to learn everything she can and be involved, but at the same time she prefers quiet one on one situations. Once she finds a friend she will stick close to them, and treasure everything about them. No matter how shy she is, when placed in a room full of young ones she gets right in there, even dropping down to their level to play and interact with them without hesitating. She enjoys teaching them how to do things, letting them know how smart or talented they are. When she is alone she can most likely be found in a field watching wildlife, flowers, or even just plain old enjoying the sun. She stays young this way, which is wonderful for a young spirit. She can get angry, but so rarely nobody would ever believe she can, she is usually very sweet, but can get so hyper and chatty. She will rarely sit still. Character Background: She started out as a character I could learn with, a toddler who could do no harm and if she messed up, it was due to her age. All characters must grow up though, but how could I grow her so quickly, when her reference person was still a child? That is why she is so young even as an adult, she is innocent and sweet, but keeps her shy and sometimes withdrawn behaviour Of all my characters I always put her as my Ice girl, my winter loving, controller of ice and snow, as her personality is so soft and gentle. If 'yes' is it simple or time consuming?: Both Why do you want this character Sphinxified?: Well firstly he is a memorial Sphinx for a dear friend of mine that I lost just a month after I joined PI about six years ago. He also quickly became a character in a novel that I was writing. Do you plan on RPing them? Oh yes! Sphinx name: Cameron Owner name: Cameron Species: Netjer - Wolf Gender: Male Traits: Were, & feather wings Eye Colour: Ice blue Nose colour (for feline faced): butterfly nose*Skin colour (for regular sphinxes): N/A Class (if existing): Any cert/text adjustments?: Guardian Soul (Note that I won't be doing background symbols.) Design: He's a black wolf. Plain and simple. He has a sharply pointed blaze that extends to the top of his head, and his paws and tail are tipped white. He also has a large silver Celtic tattoo on his chest, and a small silver Celtic cross necklace. He protects those he left physically behind. He was quirky, and liked to make people smile while he was a physical being, and he does the same now that he isn't. He can be legitimately aggressive when the need arises especially when he feels that one of his loved ones it being attacked. Character Background: In real life Cam was a kind, caring, and generous human being. He was my best friend all the way from Kindergarten until his Senior year when he passed. He was a BIG guy physically, but didn't use that size to intimidate anyone. He loved making sure that others were included and especially liked meeting new people. He was much of the reason why I was able to still be active despite my seasonal depression. Like I said, he was and still is my BEST friend and I only want to commemorate him through Sphinxes where I will feel comfortable actively RPing his personality. In my novel Cam was apart of a large northern wolf pack, all the members were completely white except him making him the Omega. His father cast him out as soon as his mother passed while he was still a young pup, and he roamed the icy, snowy tundra until he came across a female red husky named Kyja (she was in a sense myself). They then went on detailed adventures together, and met all sorts of other creatures until the demon Zorris came and took his life. He remained with his friend Kyja following her throughout the rest of the novel protecting her from things like the dangerous river during break up, and even a large Grizzly bear named Tiopest. He never leg go of his dear friend, and eventually he was able to communicate with her as her guardian angel. Anything else? Although my novel is essentially incomplete I do plan on publishing it some day. ^^

How can I put this in seven thousand words or less lol. Quan is one of my very first OCs and holds not only a special place in my heart but he is an OC that will never die for me. He's been in many of my fanfictions and is a main character in the book I am writing right now. Not only that, but I've RPed him for years. He's just...he's Quan. I use his name as a verb when I talk with my friends who know who he is. I'll be like, I totally just Quaned that whole situation. That guy gave me an attitude and I Quaned him. When I tell people about him, his personality is so big that I just have to stop and say, well...he's Quan and they'll know exactly what I was going to say. They know how he's going to react or what he's going to say. Quan is one of my very favorite OCs and I love him like he was real. I cannot put in to words the love I have for him. Do you plan on RPing them? Most likely yes. I RPed him for years, but then I stopped. It would be awesome to RP him again. Sphinx name: Quan Owner name: Chichiri Species: Sphinx Gender: Male Traits: Fluffy Tail, Standard Ears, Human Eyes, Human Face Eye Colour: Bright Blue Nose colour (for feline faced): N/A Skin colour (for regular sphinxes): Dark tan skin. Design: Quan has very short hair, usually lays against his head and is brushed forward. Because of his power, his hair is white. I can see his fur as black though...sorta like his soul...don't tell him I said that. Because he was originally created to be the son of my very first OC...and because he thinks he's a god...some gold designs in his fur to represent his mother...and godliness...would be perfect. (I have no adoptables or art of him in this form to post as examples sorry.) Character Personality: He is very arrogant, hard headed, self centered, egotistical, self absorbed...did I mention he loves himself? He has a big heart though and will defend his family and his friends with his very life. Mostly though, he loves himself. Character Background: Ok...let's see if I can do this without giving out too much information from my book...or writing you a book lol  Quan came into his psychic abilities when he was only five years old. His parents, rich high society types, were very upset by this. While people with special 'gifts' were becoming more and more common they were still not accepted in society. Fearing that their son's powers would make them social outcast, they decided to abandon him. Of course, they would have to get rid of their daughter, only three years old, as well. Just in case she was 'broken' just like him. They literally left the two of them in an alley and took off. He found them shelter where he could, mostly in boxes or behind dumpsters. He didn't stray too far from the alley, hoping his parents would return. Then a man came along and took them both into his home. (Can't say much more than that...sorry.) Anyway, he raised them both as his own and they were very happy growing up. He helped his adoptive father run his business. There was one rule with him, don't mess with his sister. He did turn into a bit of a lady's man unfortunately. Going from one woman to another or dating multiple women at one time. He had no shame. He became very full of himself and believed the world truly revolved around him and he was deserving of only the best and should be idolized. Then he met Keeper. While most women swooned over him, she saw right through him. Would not give him the time of day. Till the day he nearly died defending his sister. As he recovered, the two of them clicked and he realized he needed to be with her. She reformed him. Anything else? shes about 5'2 she has long bright red auburn hair that when tis down cascades down her shoulders and to the small of her back. she has bright purple eyes. and she is human and has these beautiful white angel wings. she also has a tatoo on her left wrist that goes from elbow to wrist of a rose vine that coems to life of its own free will and then changes back to a tatoo. her hair has roses in it almost liek a wreath and then they are also briaded in her hair. and come down it. she also has a beautiful purple cresent moon on her shouler.

she is a very kind and sweet indivual she went through a lot of thins growing up. she runs a sanctuary and will help anyone she can.. over the course of time she found out that her father was an angel and she grew the wings.. when she hit 18. she is an accomplished healer. and has been bestowed upon the gifts of mother nature. (hence the roses) she will heal anyone she can even at risk of her own life. (it has kille her a few times lol) she trusts people she cares about and wants to help all she can.

the basic background on her is that she was born with the cresent moon and that she could eihter save the world or doom it when she turned 18.. shes desendats of Fairys (10,000 years in the past are her ancestors) she was kidnapped by demons her parents were killed and she was kept a prisoner. she manged to escape when she was 16. and then over the course of the years that follwoed she becaome this srong willed woman.. hse is also an elementalist adn can control wind and water. the cresent moon is the symbol of her power. over time she developed serval blessing.. she pulls on the natrual energy of the life enegyin the air and her own to perform her magic.. when there is agreat strain on it her hair turns grey. but depending on the strian after a few hours shes fine.. as the energy replenshes. the tattoo on her wrist is acutly a blessing from a nature goddess and can become a real vine whenever it wisehs.. and when it does the scent of roses fill the air. she doesnt look any older then 16. due to some.. intresting things that happend in rp she doesnt age anymore. she is storng willed and a very acomplsiehd fighter though she prefers to be a healer.. and will protect any that come to her for asstiance.

Character Personality: SHe is normaly shy around new people, and tends to try and stay away from human men, or men in gernearal. She is always calm and collected never letting her temper get to her. She is out going when it comes to people she knows, and you try to start a brawl in her tavern she won't hesitate to have you thrown out on your behind. Character Background: Azlin was always on the move trying to stay away from hunters and men in general. While in her little tiny white fox form she had to be very cearfly not to get cought in hunters traps for in this form she was unable to use any powers other then the ability to shift into an anthro or human form. She had come across a small tavern in the middle of no where called the Leeping Frog, who's owner at the time was a little old man. Having been hungry she figuerd she could try and sneek into the kitchen and snag a bite to eat only the tavern owner cought her. She begged for him to let her go and that she would never try to steal from him again only he gave her food and a roof over his head knowing well enough what she was. After some time she begain to work as a bar maid serving drinks and food to the patrins, she became well known as a frendly face and sweet voice to all who came from far a wide to the Leeping Frog for the drink/food and of course to see her. Now she never got close enough to any of the men never letting them touch her for if one was to even grab ahold of her she would revert back to her little fox form infront of everyone and that might not have gone well for her. As the years passed she never aged, but it had come time for the little old tavenr owenr to finaly go to his resting place and left her the tavern in his will. Decades came and went and the Leeping Frog staied the same always brining in customers for the drinks/food and the pritty lady. ((There is more to her storie as how she came to meet the Ghost who became the Taverns legend who in turn was in fact just another Demon Fox like her self named Dust Powers who had always loved to come to the Tavern to see her or leaver her things like flowers and candies but they where always from The Ghost. Who even if she thoght him a legend had fallen for him. IN time he aproches her and she finds out all alonge that Dusty was in fact The Ghost and the man she loved was not a legend and they end up getting amrried for he had fallen head over heals in love with her over the decades)) Anything else?: Not that I can think of just yet ^_^ |

Creamy had one apprentice, Rita, a young woman with a notoriously short fuse and emotionally linked fire magic. Brimstone caught sight of her and wasted no time pressing his suit. She refused. He persisted. She refused again. He still persisted. She lost her temper completely, and with it control of her magic. Brimstone escaped onto the roof, just barely beating the flames up the chimney. Iluna spends most of her time AWAY from the bustle of Eraiya's home, cosely in her room petting her cat Lunima. She is easily annoyed by people, and doesn't like strangers one bit. She is severely loyal to Eraiya, gets annoyed by Toru in less then a second, and has no interest for idle conversations. Iluna is the type of character that will show up when the end seems near, blast the foe down with a flurry of purple fire all the while keeping a straigth face, followed by proceeding back home with a grumpy expression like nothing exiting was happening to begin with. She doesn't like to waste time, so if you want a favor of her, you better be straigth to the point. Character Background: Buhhhhh its more difficult deciding if I want to fill in everything, or keep some secrets in the dark. I have had it often enough that when I reveal the deepest darkest secrets/backgrounds of a character, people abuse this knowledge and no longer RP like when they don't know it. But ah well, lets give it a go xD Maybe some practical things first. .. ehrm .. summary? I like to call her a Soul Sorcerer, because she mainly uses a magic that scorns and scorches the soul directly. Unless it is Toru, then its normal fire magic to put his tail on fire. You know .. because they love each other so much. *insert angry Toru shouts in the background here* In Aluva she is also very well known for summoning a large spectral purple dragon to her command. Her scar on her (our left) right eye is discolored, as it is aplied with a cursed blade far back in her childhood. She herself would not tell you that, when asked about the origin of it, she will merely give you a blank stare for 5 minits and be on her mery way. SPOILER ALERT! (Lunima) I would apreciate people to not make their characters suddenly know this tadbit, but her cat is infact her mother cursed into the shape of a cat. Lunima is dear to her, as it is the last relative she has left. Cat or not, Lunima is very considerate and caring for Iluna. Despite being a cat, she still regains a few of her powers, but she uses them sparingly and as a last resort. Lunima generally tries to stay in Iluna's room, out of dangers way and try to support her daughter and comfort her as much as she can. She will not reveal her ability of speech towards any one but Iluna and Eraiya. Not originaly from Aluva, the reason why I didn't ask for her to be an Aluvian, is because she isnt one. Eraiya met her in a different world, and convinced her to come over. Iluna orginaly held an "I owe you" type of loyalty bond towards Eraiya, that has evolved to a deep and thankfull trust over the years that she has stayed with her. As such, Eraiya is the onliest one who can truly count on Iluna, as Iluna is known for up and leaving people in the dark at a whim. oh .. and she has a soft spot for small female children with a problem (Celia) but dont tell her that. She will light you like a candle. Might have something to do with her own childhood <.< but I better hush before she hears me and sends her spectral dragon after my behind. Anything else?Pets? In a sense these 2 pets are a strong key element to Iluna, but on the other hand I can also imagen them not needing to be prominantly present on her cert. But for the sake of completeness rather then confidence, I'll ad them. Her colors are various greys with slight purple tints. Jewelery: forehead gem Pet personality: "motherly"... that pretty much sums her up entirely. She is sentient and very considerate over her daughter. Being stuck in the body of a cat she can only offer moral support to her daughter. She contineusly puts her own suffery and emotional pain aside for the sake of Iluna. Pet background: Lunima is an anthromorphic wolf stuck in a cats body. If that isn't enough, she is no longer in her own world and all the people she knew but her daughter are dead. these are all hints to Iluna's background, that are rather kept unspoken. Lucky for her, Iluna isn't much of a wanderer and she spents most of her time in Iluna's room. There are rare instances where she will seek the company of Eraiya, either for advice or social needs. But otherwise she strictly keeps herself in line and pretends to be an ordinary cat. Anything else? |

Why do you want this character Sphinxified?: Well, because I adore him, for one... But mostly, it's because he's a roleplaying character from a quasi-Egyptian setting already, and would do wonderfully transferred over to the Sphinx world. Do you plan on RPing them? Yesss, absolutely! I still need to get used to the way you guys do things here and insinuate myself into the forums, but roleplaying is my bread and butter >_>
Sphinx name: Senbi Owner name: StrangeAnatomy Species: Egyptian Gender: Male Traits: Default ears and cat tail Eye Colour: Black/dark brown - within the normal human range for dark eyes Nose colour (for feline faced): N/A - human faced Skin colour (for regular sphinxes): Deep brown with a bit of a sallow, olive-y tint. He's native to the area and naturally dark-skinned, but a bit unhealthy and doesn't get as much sun as he should.
Class (if existing): What would the closest class to "Witch-boy specializing in death magic" be? Magician? Necromancer? Any cert/text adjustments?: (yes/no and if yes put down details) Possibly changing the class text to "Witch", "Death Witch", "Necro-Witch"... whatever phrasing would fit in best with the adopt.
Design:
(Picture by Quartermaster, because I have a wonderful boyfriend who draws my characters for me) Shown here a bit bruised up, and terribly pleased with himself for managing to get into so much trouble. Senbi is a young teen, but since I don't think the teen templates are done, I can age him up to late teen so he can use the adult base no problem! Physically, Sen is a weak and skinny little thing, but makes up for it with an unnatural magical aptitude. He's the youngest(and only 'legitimate') son of a noble family, and dresses lavishly with a preference for maroon and aubergine. This doesn't mean he's particularly vain or careful about his appearance - in fact he's prone to getting his clothes ripped and muddy while out traipsing around the city or into the river, much to his mother's dismay. As far as accessories, he is VERY fond of gold, gems, and bangles, and can be easily plied with offers of a shiny toy or trinket regardless of its monetary value. His natural hair color is glossy black, but the right side has been growing in silver-white since childhood. He's usually sporting a number of minor cuts and bruises thanks to his reckless disregard for his own safety, as well as a mad, cheerful grin.
Character Personality: Sen is, as his parents delicately put it, "a strange child". He's a bright, charismatic boy with a startling intellect and thirst for knowledge, but seems a little.... off... to those who meet him. He vacillates between being utterly wrapped up in his own thoughts and being manically, aggressively friendly and has a giddy fascination with everything morbid and macabre. He's also not very good at making wise decisions; he's yet to learn that just because he can do something doesn't mean he should. The more-reasonable council of his constant companion Kazemde has so far been the only thing standing between him and a gruesome mostly-accidental death. Death and dying are his principal bizarre interests, and they fascinate him even more than normal for a boy his age. On an average day you can find him carefully dissecting dead animals and sketching their viscera, tinkering with potions that can both heal and harm, and pestering the local physicians and embalmers for information(and possibly the rare treat of getting to see a dead body, if he's good). He is equally enthralled by the possibility of his own death, and between fantasizing about possible unlikely ends and his unconscious attraction to dangerous situations it's a wonder he doesn't get more grievously hurt than he usually does. He wears his cuts and bruises as a badge of honor, though, and being able to brag "I almost died!" is a surefire way for him to consider a day a success. He is both fascinated and disgusted by the undead. He sees them as an unnatural disruption of death's sacred course, but is also strangely drawn to them and finds it easier to communicate with them than it is for most other magic users.
Character Background: Senbi's oddness is not entirely without cause - though whether the events of his childhood influenced his nature or if they were all part of fate's grand design is up for debate. He grew up in a small city perched at the edge of the river. Long before his birth - before even his parents' time - a deadly plague swept through the town, decimating the population and leading the survivors to inter the deceased in a walled-off district of the city that was declared to be their sacred mausoleum forevermore. Once the population recovered it became a bit of a tourist destination for those interested in the funerary arts, and the culture of death and its surrounding rites is now intertwined with that of the city itself. When Senbi was three years old he attended an annual festival at the local temple with his parents to celebrate the spirits of the honored dead by sprinkling a handful of gold dust onto the surface of a sacred pond. While the temple square was teeming with families celebrating the local holiday by purchasing trinkets from shop booths and partaking of traditional foods, Sen wandered away from his parents and back to the pool where he had thrown in his dust. The child was fascinated by the shimmering, solid-looking surface of gold, and reached out... and fell into the water. He still vividly remembers the sensation of tumbling headfirst into the golden pool, the water embracing and closing over him as he sunk to the bottom. He didn't even try to swim for the surface - just stretched his fingers out in front of his face and stirred the swirling gold as it caught the last of the late-summer sunlight. He felt no fear, only warmth and comfort, and the view of the shining surface from the bottom of the pond and the rush of water filling his lungs are still some of his most cherished memories. A priestess of the temple noticed the disturbance in the pond's surface even though the boy was invisible once sinking, and temple staff and festival-goers helped pull the child out of the water as quickly as possible. But it was too late; Senbi had drowned. There was still time, however, and the boy's parents had a considerable fortune to spend on healing magic that was able to restore their son just before his soul had fully departed his body. Sen was revived, and though he was seemingly spared any emotional trauma the physical damage caused by his brief death caused a large chunk of his hair to begin growing in thin and white, and his overall health to be poor from that point on. Even as a teen, he is small and frail for his age, and prone to shortness-of-breath and bouts of sickness. Shortly after the incident at the temple, Senbi was seen playing almost every day in the back yard with a wild raven that had seemed to take a liking to him. And as he grew, he started showing an incredible aptitude for magic.
Anything else? I just want to note that since I am so new to the sphinxes and don't know all of the options for features and items, if any of you lovely artists feel like bringing Sen into the Sphinx world it would be entirely up to you how you want to interpret him! I would just be ridiculously honored to have an adoptable version of him and would love to see what you do with him. <3
Pets? Yes - as a Witch, much of his magic ability is dependent on the proximity of his familiar, Kazemde.

Just the mask seen above, which is functionally his face. This isn't 100% necessary, but would be really nice - the masked nosoi psychopomp is Kazem's true form.
Pet personality: Kazemde more often than not takes the 'big brother' role in Senbi's life... despite being a bird. He is a friendly, gregarious creature and not-so-secretly a fan of head-scratches and shiny baubles. He is very protective of Sen, and tries to keep him mostly out of trouble and dissuade him of his worst ideas. He was a scribe back in the spirit world, and has a keen eye for details and will often notice things that his human 'little brother' misses. Pet background: Kazem is a psychopomp: a spirit creature that comes to collect the souls of the dead and help guide them to the afterlife. He was the one assigned to escort Senbi on the day he died and was restored years ago. At first, he told himself that he was merely hanging around in order to make sure that the boy's soul is not misplaced when his time comes... but he was actually just taken in by the cherubic child who showed no fear at his passing. He took the form of a mundane raven and came to Senbi, helping him hone his latent magical powers, advising him, and keeping him out of trouble ever since.
Anything else? This is another "up to the artist" thing! Over the course of Senbi's personal story, Kazem takes his true form as his powers grow. If anyone thinks "plague mask for a bird" is a neat enough idea to feel like drawing it I would be delighted, but the standard raven would also work just fine. |

Maybe something like this. Her body would be the same colors as in the example. She needs to have a 1934 Beretta pistol. It was hand crafted by Benito Beretta. It has an "ornate rose design carved into the grip and shaft." I'm not sure how much of that you can show and it can be under her paw so only the grip is showing. She should also have a wooden stake and a few knives. She dresses in beautiful fancy skirts and dresses often wearing velvet and or silk. If there’s a skirt that looks elegant and can be made transparent, so you can still see her body markings, that would be lovely but not nessasary. She wears a full set of jewelry whenever she leaves the house even when going in to combat. So she would have a Pearl Choker (or preferably a longer necklace, I seem to remember there being one), Pearl earrings (stud or drop) and a bracelet. She would have the Female Aristocrat hair but with a rose rather than a bow. Character Personality: Sandra started as a mostly quiet character but was immediately thrown head first in to a S--- storm. She is a well-established wealthy poet. At first look she is your typical Toreador. She carries herself well and is very elegant and eloquent. But she learned fast how to survive in a rough city. Those who don’t know better think she is weak because she is most often soft spoken and soft in nature but that could not be farther from the truth. She is a survivor and that is the underlining drive that motivates most of her choices. There is one thing that is a stronger motivation for her and that is protecting her mortal family. She is a mother with a mothers heart including all it's warmth and all it's ferocity. She chooses her allies and battles very carefully and is a master at politics. She rarely lies but she will dance around the truth all day long if the truth is problematic. She is open minded but careful. She has done some horrible things in defense of herself or her family but somehow has a remarkable ability to retain her humanity through it all. I think this is because of her ties to her mortal family (OOC some really AMAZING luck. I just could not lose a humanity challenge… ever.) Character Background: Sandra was born May 31, 1874 as Selene D’Amour and lived her mortal life in France. There was nothing particularly notable about her as a mortal she was a good woman and a good wife. One her husband Laurent Danvers vanished and was presumed dead. She soon moved to England and remarried Michael Bellamont. Shortly after she gave birth to her second child, Alma, Laurent appeared in her chambers one night. He explained that he had been turned in to a vampire but still loved and missed her. He wanted her back. Despite her fears and regardless of what she wanted he turned her. When she awoke she had the opportunity to run away so she took her children and ran. She ran back to France where she only stayed for a short time before discovering Laurent had again followed her. Again, she ran, this time to America. She moved around bouncing from husband to husband for a long time but kept her children with her. She raised her children until they were old enough to begin to see her mother was not aging. At that point she sent them to boarding school and continued to raze them from afar via correspondence and nannies. Eventually she faked her own death but she continued to keep an eye on her family. For generations she watched her family. Often she would maneuver her own people in to positions within her children and grandchildren’s households as maids or nannies. She always kept a distance but kept tabs on them and kept them safe. As the world changed and women began to openly work outside the home she became a poet. Every so often she would change her identity to keep safe and she was always moving every few years to keep hiding from Laurent. Eventually she met a Setite who was a member of the Camarilla. This Setite convinced her to join the Camarilla as well. Even as a member of the Camarilla Sandra was always more of an independent at heart but it was good not to be alone. One day (somewhere in the 1990s) she received a fan letter from a reader that just so happened to be her great, great granddaughter. Unable to let go and feeling that enough time had passed that a connection would never be made Sandra struck up a correspondence. Her fan became a long distance friend. Eventually she moved to New Jerusalem (our setting for our larp game). Though New Jerusalem claimed affiliation with the Camarilla that affiliation was loose. New Jerusalem was more like an independent city with some Camarilla structure and law. She fit right in and quickly made New Jerusalem her home. Her second week she was thrust in to an official position which I (as a player) was nowhere near ready to take up. I studied had and so did she to learn what she needed to know in order to fight to keep the position. She quickly moved up to the position of Primogen to lead her clan. She held that position for years and walked a thin line of politics. She made friends with powerful people and beings and learned to fight. She became a friend of the Fae in her city. She was accused of trying to kill the Prince but talked her way out of it. She learned powers that she should not have had access to. There is so much more but it would take forever to type up 4+ years of playing this character. Anything else?It's hard to show how much I've put in to this character because there isn't much on paper with her being a larp character. But here are some things that can help. Here is a scan of her first Character Sheet. You can see how worn it is and all the changes and growth recorded on it. And that was before they began printing new ones every few months. She was originally created in 1999 after a particularly nasty break up. I was essentially starting my life over again (silly to think that a 20 year old needs to start her life over, but it's the but it happens). A friend of mine said I was like a phoenix rising from the ashes of my old life, so Phoenyx Fyre was born. I've RPed her on and off since then, mostly on Furcadia, but my RPing has been seriously lacking the past year, but Nyx is still alive and well in my head. She is everything that I have always wanted to be in my life, a few of these things I have discovered hidden in my personality over the years. Do you plan on RPing them? It's a strong possibility. For the bandana, the arm wrap that is on the thief costume could be used, she does carry a dagger on her wrist, so it would work really well. REMEMBER to add things such as if they have a specific wig, if they have items from specific classes, every little, possible, needed detail. Character Personality: Smart, sassy, very protective of her loved ones, multi talented, she is a medic, an accountant, a wife, a mother, a treasure hunter, a very skilled business woman, a club promoter, very charismatic, loud, foul mouthed, at time mentally unstable, very observant, perseptive, friendly, but can sense when a person can't be trusted. Nyx has been known to suffer from seperation anxiety and has a deep fear of people she loves dying. Character Background: I will try to condense this as much as I can, but a big chunk of her history can be found HERE. Nyx was left for dead at birth, her mother was a slave, her father her owner. Her birth father decided that he didn't want to be saddled with a child so he left her in a stable to die. She was found by another slaver and raised as his own. He trained her to take over his business, but she decided that it wasn't for her, and used his business skills to start her own various businesses and maker her own fortune. Her first husband and child were killed when the child was very young, this is what lead to her seperation anxiety and fear of death. She doesn't remember the years she was seperated from her husband before their child was killed, her mind buried the memories to keep her sane. In that time, she was basically a slave to another man who used her to further his status in life. After their deaths and her inevitable freedom, she traveled from place to place, looking for somewhere to call home. Along the way, she met a lot of very interesting people, had another child, started a night club and eventually found somewhere were she felt safe and at home. She is currently a fight promoter and manages a few fighters...when she isn't out treasure hunting that is. Nyx finally found the love of her life, one of the fighters she managed, and has twins with him, upping her total to three children. In recent years, she has gathered a pair of spirit guides, two black ravens named Memory and Remembrance. There are parts of her life that she no longer remembers, and the ravens carry those memories for her, waiting until she is ready for the whole truth to be revealed. Anything else? I can provide more ref pictures if needed. Pets? An important note: I really don't like making custom pets, they're nearly as time consuming as the sphinx itself. It's also not a good idea to randomly add pets to an OC form just because 'you can'. If an OC has a pet it should be something very special about them, like your lion tamer character with a lion, a mage with their familiar, a falconer with their special bonded falcon. If you're adding a pet to this form they should be considered nearly as important to the character's design as their appearance/costume/hairstyle, a case where it wouldn't feel like the character if they didn't have it. (ie. If not having that pet completely destroys your character, if it's a 'with this pet or NEVER' situation then add the pet. If you're adding one just for flavour and it's not actually a desperate, vital, important part of the character there is a very high chance I will just skip over that character.) REMEMBER to add things such as if they have a specific wig, if they have items from specific classes, every little, possible, needed detail. his skin is almost vampiric white, eyes are chocolate brown, hair is blonde but has shades of brown in it ( like a dirty blonde ) has not quite a beard but facial scruff and mutton chops. wings are black, hair is styled in an ariya 5 type wig, four black rings in each ear, one through the tip of his tail. He wears a black top and bottoms similar to the vampire hunter costume ( sans the hat )
Character Personality: (A place where I can see if this is a well developed OC. Ones RPed a lot and very beloved tend to develop their personalities so strongly that they nearly become a multiple-personality for you. lol ) Erik is vain, to the point that despite being powerfully built, and an incubus, he refuses to fight, unless it happens to be over a female he wants badly, insults to his looks will often leave him a sulking, crying mess. He both resetns and adores the fact that he is what he is. Loyal to those he actually develops some small affection towards, he is otherwise an annoyed, tormented person. Always trying to find that one that can match up to his own beauty in his fragile, yet diamond hard heart.
Character Background: (Here is where you can try to convince me that this is a beloved OC. Give me all the details you want, but try to keep background stories to around 2 paragraphs... I like bio descriptions not a novel. ^^; If you find that you have 'so' much background that can't be skipped and need to add more paragraphs that's fine though, but try not to overdo it. Add pictures if you have them, emotions, important details etc.) Erik came into being from the faulty spellcasting of an errant dark mage. The mage, seeking to force a married female he obssessed over, to become his, inadvertently summoned Erik. Of his actual ' parentage ' little is known, even by Erik himself, though he claims to be a son of aphrodite herself. Sadly for the mage that dragged him out of the other plane he'd lived in, the female rejected him. Though she did reject her husband too, becoming Eriks' first conquest ever.

Pet personality: Though loyal to Erik, vanity is as opposite to his name as he is in every other way than his ' master ' more like he is the master of the incubus. Vanity will attack others that threaten Erik, but is generally outgoing, though a bit lazy, and loves a good belly rub
Pet background: Vanity its said, found Erik, at a time when the incubus was despairing of life. Shot down by the, at the time, supposed love of his life, Erik was trying any way he could think of to return to that other plane. When as fate had it, the guard dog of a woman he was trying to ensnare came after him to defend her, but ended up befriending , and absconding, with the demon instead.
