Sphinxify My OC!

Do you have a very beloved OC (Original Character) that you've been desperate to have get tossed through one of the portals from Sebauduat into Ahket?
Would you love for that character to be turned into a Sphinx or Netjer?
Is it somebody who would very quickly become one of your key RP characters and make you want to participate in casual RPs in the threads or forums more often?

If your answer is 'yes' then this is the thread for you. <3

I can't promise that I will do all of these, but sometimes I do like to surprise people with a sphinxified version of an OC, but pretty much every time I offer knowing the amount of time I have I apparently miss-judged what they would like am asked for extras to be added that would change an afternoon of work to days of work. O.o

So, I figured a thread where people could post a complete form for OCs they would like to see sphinxified would be a good way for when I want to toss some OCs at people I can poke around in here and get an idea of what people would like done, and an idea of how long it will take me.

Every now and again when I have some time (which isn't that often. ^^; ) I'll poke around on here and find an OC to sphinxify. If team members ever feel the urge to sphinxify people's characters they can poke around on here too. <3

Note that I am FAR more likely to choose a character if they have little to no lineart editing needed, and am also far more likely to choose one if they have lots of background, ref pictures of that actual character (showing somebody who has really loved their characters enough that they devoted time or commissions to their OC art), etc.

Changing items around from varying costumes/classes rarely takes a lot of editing so that's fine too. ^_^ (Do note that the separate costumes/classes are created not to be mixed and matched, so lots of picking from varying costumes doesn't always work.)

This is for original characters, not other people's characters, famous characters, existing characters etc.. but your own, created, RP/Story characters. (If they're from a fan universe that's fine.)

Not that I'm really against fan characters, but I prefer original ones and would rather promote somebody being creative on their own then swiping a character from a book/movie.

An important note: I really don't like making custom pets, they're nearly as time consuming as the sphinx itself. It's also not a good idea to randomly add pets to an OC form just because 'you can'. If an OC has a pet it should be something very special about them, like your lion tamer character with a lion, a mage with their familiar, a falconer with their special bonded falcon. If you're adding a pet to this form they should be considered nearly as important to the character's design as their appearance/costume/hairstyle, a case where it wouldn't feel like the character if they didn't have it.

(ie. If not having that pet completely destroys your character, if it's a 'with this pet or NEVER' situation then add the pet. If you're adding one just for flavour and it's not actually a desperate, vital, important part of the character there is a very high chance I will just skip over that character.)

Why do you want this character Sphinxified?: Chuien is a very dear OC of mine, he's actually Mate/Husband to my girl Kohaku. One of my very first Adoptables here on PI, and she is one of my dearest OC's. Not having him with her just feels so odd...XD

Design:

His fur is jet black, he has a white blaze that goes from his nose up and around his eyes that feathers around his eyes. He has white stockings on his two front paws, a white tip to his tail. His wings are also black with white and black banding at the ends (I'm thinking that'll work for the Batfeather wings. XD) He also has white misty swirls that run though out his fur, a white tip to his tai as well. His main is pure white with black fading on the tips.



Character Personality: (I'm using his Canid info since that's mostly where he and Ko's original back story came from. XD)

Chuien had always been a very outspoken, caring male when he'd lived among his old pack. However after his relationship with a female named Trix his personality changed drastically, he went from being outgoing and kind to aloof and recoiled, he enjoyed spending more time to himself and away from others. He eventually decided that he no longer wanted to live with his pack and thus moved on to traveling, it was during this time that he began to become somewhat of a flirt. He came to realize that his looks could draw out the ladies, so he used this to his advantage for quite sometime.

After meeting Ko and realizing none of his charms worked on her he began to slowly go back to his old self, though a little more out going then he'd been since Trix. Once he became a vampire however he once again introverted and became very cold and uncaring to those around him, he once again began to wonder wanting to cut himself off from the world, it's only after he's reunited with Kohaku and their cubs that he once again comes out of his shell and begins to act like his normal self.

Character Background: Lemme see if I can keep this short....XD

Chuien was abandoned as a cub, growing up with several other orphans. Himself and another of his friends decided to form a pack, which eventually flourished and prospered. It was during this that Chuie met a female by the name of, Trix, and the two began a relationship. After a time however Chuien realized the love he felt for her was no longer there so he broke off the relationship, Trix un accepting of this caused a lot of drama between them. In his attempt to get away from all this he left his home pack to travel. During this time he discovered his manly charm and began to woo the ladies of the packs he came to.

One day while enjoying a kill he'd made, he met a beautiful pastel female, who calld herself Kohaku. The two hit it off after he realized his charms didn't work on her, and he offered to escort her to the end of the woods. Once there they parted ways, but neither could get the other off their minds and they ended up reuniting with each other agreeing to travel together as friends. Over the coarse of their travels the two fall in love and eventually take each other as mates. On a visit back to Chuie's old pack Ko reveals to his friend Maderick that she's expecting. Sadly though this happy event is soon over shadowed when upon leaving the pack, Ko and Chuie are attacked in the forest, trying to protect his love and unborn children Chuien sacrifices himself to save Kohaku. Ko is distraught and leaves her mortally wounded mate when he urges her to flee afraid the attackers may return.

It is soon revealed that the attackers where actually put up to the attack by Trix, Chuien's former lover still bitter over loosing what she believes is her's. Her lover, a female Vampire takes pity upon Chuien once Trix has left the scene and transforms him into a Vampire so that he may at least see his children. Sadly though Chuie's story doesn't end there he goes through many struggles as a newly born Vampire, including the slaughter of a nearby pack. This leaves him traumatized and horrified by what he's done, and with this he resolves to not revealing himself to Kohaku or his children. To afraid of what he may do to them, he ends up tailing Ko through out her pregnancy. Always on the edge of her sight to make sure she and the cubs are safe. It's only after meeting with Kohaku's father, and coming to realize he's not the monster he believes he is does he finally allow Ko to know he's actually alive abd the two share a very heartfelt reunion together...

i've been using her for about the entire time i've been on pi i was havign a rough time and i bought a pony becuase i just loved her markings. and i named her glory. becuase well i needed to have a little something good in my life at that time i had nothing but then i deicded hmm i want to make a char and have her be a part of myself that ic ant be. (i had received soem bad news) so thus.. i thought about making her.. and then i did and i wrote down a char sheet almost.. how she can dow ith healing and how she healed hte land she was from orignaly with her heart. and i have used her in servreal rps aorund pi. i have devoted an entire photobucket to her. i have aobut 3 or 400 diferent images and adoptibles of just her. I eve went so far as to comisson someone to make a mlp of her! so she cna sit on my shelf!

Design: see his brother (EM1465) and sister (EF1435). Same design. Black body only his patterning is red/fire orange and graduates to a lighter orange/orange-yellow near his tail.
Class(if existing):lv. 3 custom- Power Phaser (He shifts through a beta area to warp and strengthen the weave of energy sustaining the area they rely on to live. Only he can do this--its in his blood. Hes also the heir incase something happens to his brother (hes the beta, his brother is the alpha. If you have a better title, go with it <3)

He doesnt understand why his brother did not kill Cici off as a child so is constantly fighting with him or attempting to find ways past his brothers defenses to get at her.

Character personality and background: Theres a bit of this on the profile page for his brother/sister and Cici^^ Hes minutes younger then his brother but is strong willed and determined. Very smart but quick to judge something without thinking it through. He faught and survived up to the point where he no longer had to fight to stay alive, and has constantly been trying to go after his brother for his position. Even though that's the case, he still holds a mutual respect and when Orheron is serious about something that is not Cici he will stop.

He can hold his own perfectly fine and often helps his brother when something big happens.

Usually stays in human form by the massive archives of magics. Studying. Getting stronger. He may be the beta but hes still not one to mess with.

Design: Black body to blend with the shadows though with a few pastel rainbow hued flower petals drifting across her body, a sky blue flower blossom on her right shoulder. Hair black as midnight that fades into lilac, a few ruby and gold beads reside on a stand of her hair. Tips of her wings hold a sky blue hue to them.

Character Personality: Melantha can be level-headed at times, thought also at times, she'll rush into something without thinking about it, which can either be a good thing or a bad thing or a 'just got lucky' sort of thing if she manages to get out of it alive. She is also loving, though doesn't try to show it too much if she's trying to act tough.

Character Background: Born to a Greek mother and Egyptian pirat father, Melantha was the outcome of a one night stand that involved quite a bit of drink between the two. Melantha's mother was of course upset that the male never returned much, but that was the life of a pirate...the sea was home. Melantha was raised by her mother, but always had that rebelious streak in her, which was guessed to come from her father's side. Melantha's mother tried to get her daughter to study hard to become a scholar, but with how Melantha longed for the sea, she had a feeling it wouldn't happen. Of course Melantha was told of her father, what he looked like and such as she had asked.

Years pased and when Melantha was around seventeen, she had had enough of her mother trying to polish her into a spitting image of herself. She said a few wrong things and in the surprise that hit her after they were said, she took off into the night. She returned hours later to find her mother had cried herself asleep. She packed what she could and left a note, telling her mother that she had to find herself and it was not in dusty scrolls or books. She promised to write

Pet background: Melantha had found the juvenile kestral out in a rain storm one night. He had an injured wing and with cautious paws, she was able to calm him and bandage the injured wing. She nursed him back to health and when she went to release him, he came back. She tried to shoo him away, but he wouldn't leave. He is often used as a messenger if she is far away.

Design: Deep red hair that is usually braided with a blad strapped to the end as she uses it as a weapon as well. She dresses in all black as any good Ninja would. She always has hidden blades and The ends of her ears are the same color as her hair. Any long fur would be red.

Character Personality: Very quiet and quick to anger if she believes she is slighted.

Character Background: She was raised by a band of Ninja Felines and is herself a half human and half Feline girl. Not much is known about her. She is very mysterious.

Pet personality: Yin is the female and is Deep Black. She is gentle and kind and Nurturing. She tries to keep Kitty from making the choices that could get her in trouble. She acts as Kitty's good conscience. Yang is the male and is White. Don't let his white coloring fool you. He is always trying to get Kitty to lighten up and break a few rules. He is the darker souled of the two felines. Both are sleek and Streamlined.
Pet background: Yin and Yang were both born when Kitty was eight. They attached themselves to her and they grew up like siblings. In her world they are the size of large wild felines. (Like Panthers and such) They live for Kitty. They fight at her side. Yin Tries to mother Kitty at times. She has tried since she was old enough to, to keep Kitty out of trouble. Yang on the other hand tends to insist on breaking rules.

If adding the felines is a no I understand. They are her siblings and Important to me, but I don't want you to feel annoyed or like I just put them there. She can do with out them if a must. Design: Long blindfold white in color covering her eyes, she has long hair and the blindfold "tassles" extend half way through her hair, she wears a ninja battle kimonor that is hite it has slits from the bottom to just below her hips for ease of movement, she wears fishnet stockings, and a set of three red tear drops under her eyes just visible below the blindfold, her Obi belt is a dark purple and ties into a bow at her back, She wields a Black bladed Katana that is (estimated) 28 inches long and has a silver handle piece.

Character Personality: Very dark, cold, strategic, calculating, distrusting, pessimistic, deadly, Vengeful and Vicious.

Character Background: Once a Princess, an heir to the throne Minoriko was, without her knowledge, promised to a neighboring kingdom who was known to take over any and all kingdoms that were weaker, the marrige was meant as a truce, However, Minoriko had already fallen for a commoner a Silversmith, and she was going to tell her parents she was giving up her right to the throne. This is when she found out about the marrige, hurt she returned to the commoner and they planned to run away, But before this coule happen...the Prince of the other kingdom came, and found Minoriko and the Silversmith together.
The prince found this amusing and foolish and informed the smith that, if he could defeat the pricne in combat, the prince would give up his claim on Minoriko, and still keep the truce, the prince had been trained in combat, and to the horror of Minoriko the one she truly loved was killed.. a silver ring delicately designed roleld from the silversmiths hand, as he had been ready to propose.
Minoriko than made sure the prince wouldn't want her by taking out her own eyes.. the Prince was disgusted and left but made sure all were aware that the kindgom would fall.. Minoriko remained at the Silversmiths side clutching the ring and weeping, the other commoners, and guards, left her be while informing the King and Queen of the events, The next Morning, when the royal guard went to rtrieve Minoriko, she was gone..disappeared without a trace...

What happened?...she was given a way to gain revenge by training with the Priestess of Arisheld at the time.. and so, on the day Minoriko became Priestess... the Prince's castle was found a pile of ashes..

Anything else? She occasionally has wings of fire, but this is usually when she recalls Hotaru, causing the flames to be Black, she can also control fire.

Eyes: Purple
Design: Mostly a flame spirit, but is a dark black fire with indigo shifts to mark out feathers, she resembles a Male Lesser Bird of Paradise.
Jewelery: N/A

Pet personality: A bit calmer and more out going than Minoriko, Hotaru tends to try and keep the Priestess from over doing things, and helps cover her tracks.
Pet background: The Spirit animal of Minoriko, Hotaru was formed from Minoriko's spirit when she became the Priestess of Arisheld and acts as Minoriko's trusted company.

Anything else? She can be recalled by Minoriko, granting Minoriko the ability to grow black fire wings.

If 'yes' is it simple or time consuming?: Mmm, probably time consuming. She just wouldn't be right without her psaltery, and I'd love if she could have her alchemy kit too.

Why do you want this character Sphinxified?: She's my first ever D&D character, and she was always both lots of fun and incredibly frustrating to play, because I never knew what she was going to do next. I'm also really curious how she would translate to a different world, since her original world is so strange.

Do you plan on RPing them? Yes, I hope to. She's almost impossible to write for alone, since she plays off others so much, so I'd love to play her again. I've been trying to get our DM (also my bf) to whip up some one-offs for the characters who survived the final session, cause I miss playing her.

Design: Purple body with faint misty swirl patterns in a slightly darker purple and a touch of grey, maybe with a little soft brown on the legs if you think it looks good. Her hair is medium brown and short and straight, curving under slightly - the new wig Ariya made for my Coresan (EF1662) is perfect. She carries a scimitar (a swashbuckler or pirate sword will work, not too picky there), but her main weapon is her psaltery and her laughter. If she can have the male barbarian's pelt thing, colored dark red, that would be perfect - if not, the skirt from the tomb robber or masked priestess would do. If it's possible (not too much work), I'd love for her to have a sash of vials for her alchemy potions. Maybe the band of spikes from the vamp hunter female could be modified? She should also have a dagger tucked in her belt - shouldn't be hard to find one of those from an existing costume. (HoD, tomb robber, animal tamer, any one works).

Character Personality:

Dari is very good at manipulating others. She understands others and can make them trust her or convince them that she's right. She was the one holding the party together against outside forces when they wanted to kill each other, and she did it by understanding everyone's side. Oddly enough, her understanding of herself is extremely limited, and she herself is easily convinced by someone with passion and reasonable arguments. She focuses on others to avoid looking too closely at herself, and thus becomes vulnerable to the very tricks she pulls against others. She's untrusting and manipulative to anyone outside her group, but easily convinced and led by those she has chosen to trust.

Character Background:

Dari was born to a small, provincial noble house. Her mother died when she was seven, in the birth of her little brother Haran, who became the center of her life. When her father decided to marry her off to a reclusive Marquis - who was rumored to have beaten his previous wife to death, after systematically destroying her spirit - for his own gain, Dari nearly decided to throw herself in the river and end it all. Instead, she remembered rumors of a place where people with nothing left could go, a place about which almost nothing was known, but the rumors still existed. Rumors were enough at that point, and she set out for the city of Dawning.

Once she got there, passed their tests, and became a citizen of Dawning (gained character levels), her old life seemed very remote. She remembered Haran fondly, but everyone, even her father, seemed like a child in comparison with the people she was meeting here. When she and the band with which she had passed the test were sent back into the world on a mission, it was almost hard to see the common people as real people. They didn't think or feel things the way the people of Dawning did, and Darosa found them even easier to manipulate than she used to - and she felt no moral constraint not to do so. The people she was controlling, and sometimes killing, weren't real people, so Dawnites felt no moral obligation toward them.

As they proceeded on their way, their path began to diverge from what Dawning wanted of them. They found themselves choosing between the elders of Dawning and a pair of strange and powerful beings called the Twins, playing both sides as they tried to gain powerful artifacts and discover what they did without revealing them to either Dawning or the Twins. When the time finally came, some party members went mad, some gave up and tried to go home, and in the end, Darosa and Hantan held the fate of the world in their hands - and without a qualm, they destroyed it, enabling the pair to travel other worlds in a quest to become gods.

The world Dari is from is a strange one, and I feel like I have to give a little background on that to help explain her character. Our DM created a world where people have no music, no art, no religion, basically no creativity or deeper thoughts at all, no morality even. He didn't want to constrain us to a good/evil moral system. Basically, everyone without character levels, which was everyone outside of Dawning, was actually less of a person to us, and he insisted that we think about it that way. So, we basically became psychopaths.

I don't have a lot of reference pics, since my artistic talent is sadly lacking, and it takes me forever to get something I'm halfway satisfied with - plus, for people, I need tons of references for pose, facial structure, and everything.

I can't find the big sketch of her face that I did - probably in the sketch book I left at my Dad's house - but here's the little sketch off her character sheet.

Here's a full-body sketch I did of her, before she got her bearskin. Took me forever, I even had to take pictures of myself to use as references for the post with the psaltery, and it's not even that good.

And a reference for the bowed psaltery. If it's visible, the design over the sounding board is a sunburst pattern. I can give more for this if you need it.

She got a new look when I came onto PI and I would love to bring her into the Sphinx family along with all my other crazy ones. Design:
Full feline face, long slender ears, more horse-like than cat-like, and the fluffy tail all very close looking to the look of the Egyptian sphinx.
Her hair is wild unlike the other scholars but she doesn't mind as she likes the way her hair flows naturally (similar to belly dancer wig)
Felicity has mixed wing types the main part of her wing is the normal feather type but where the primary and secondary feathers should be is a "magic type" membrane.
It can take many forms co it would be up to you the primary feathers can appear transparent and crystal like or they can look like the flutter wings. (see different types in gallery link bellow)

Character Personality:
Happy and upbeat she is often found in the poorer quarters telling stories to the kids. The rest of the time she is working at the palace entertaining the courtiers with her dashing tales of adventure or researching in the great library.

Felicity was born to a poor pegasus mother who had fallen pregnant by a rogue flutter stallion.
Both parents were of mixed blood and a rare mutation appeared and she became part WU and part Flutter. A flutter-corn.
Driven out of the town by sceptical villagers Felicity was raised in the woods by her mother.
When they returned to the village Felicity uses her WU magic to look like a normal unicorn.
She is in love reading and studying maps and although she would never try and travel as she's too afraid of things "out there".

never really clicked with her look here and went through a few physical changes but core stayed the same.
Her back story
Her mother was a Unitaur and her father a Cervitaur (dear taur)when she was born her mother placed a strong spell on her to appear like a normal taur as the unitaur race were being hunted by a great evil.
Very large plot line from a non-pi sight.
Simple cut version.
900 years of war 2 main races(unitaur & Naga's) almost annihilated each other and used the other races used as battle fodder to fight for them.
Unitaurs went into hiding and naga's realised if they kept fighting they would die out and kinda mellowed on the whole "world domination" thing and settled for we own over 1/2 the word that will do for now.
Her mother left he in the care of a cattaur and vanished when Felicity was very young but he taught her to hunt and use magic, which surprised her adopted father as Cervitaur are not very good at magic.
Sadly due to opinions with members of the shop on that sight, she was more or less retired from Rp's and just kinda sat in the background on one of her many book adventures.

Joy was released just before winter to fly south with the other birds but she returned after the winter. Soon Joy didn't even leave for winter and stayed with Felicity.

Joy kinda vanished into the background when I moved her over to PI as ponies didn't have birds to use and most places didn't do sub pets on adoptables. but Felicity had a "connection" with nature and when rp'd in other adoptables she'd "talk" with the birds and other small animals.

Design: His design is not set in stone and so far I've only managed to get him in pony form, so it could be tweaked to fit the netjer body. Essentially he has a white body with black and white striped hair. His arms and legs would have black points with some tiger striping leading up from them. I would like him to have the lute thing from the female Egyptian musician too if possible.





Character Personality: Amphion is really sweet. His background is strongly tied into this so you'll see some info there lol, but he is also very innocent. He knows a lot about the world, but he doesn't really know how to live in it. He enjoys the company of children because of their innocent nature, and he never really stays in one place long. The biggest thing you notice about him first is his curiosity. He has to investigate just about everything because just about everything is a new experience for him. In many ways he is really very childlike himself. You can read his emotions as easily as if they were written out on paper because he doesn't see any reason to be shy or hide them. If he is upset he may cry, and when he's happy he will smile and laugh just as loud.

The second thing is his compassion. His background makes it seem like he would be a really scarey dude but the truth is he is quite the opposite. He knows how frightening the world can be, especially in dangerous times, and does his best to be completely nonfrightening. If someone is in pain he will do whatever he can to comfort them, be that telling a joke or bringing them flowers or anything else. He has some skill at the violin too though he is by no means a master. As much as he can he likes to use the sound to give others joy even if only for a few moments.

Character Background: Amphion is one of two characters I have based on a dream I had. He is a reaper of the grim variety, originally THE reaper. The story is that he has been existence since the first death. He was a collector of souls. He never caused death himself, but instead his job was to collect the souls of the newly deceased and help them in their passage to the next life. He could sit and talk with the departed for as long as the soul needed him to in order to help them understand what was happening and overcome their own fears so they could move on. If he failed the soul would become a ghost, which was a less than pleasant fate, but he rarely did. So one evening he was called to escort a world famous violinist to the next life. As he would often do he showed up early and this time he was in time to hear the man playing. The sound was so beautiful that it called forth emotions that the reaper had never felt before, and that, as a spirit, he wasn't really capable of holding on to.

Due to this experience the reaper chose to give himself human form. The enormity of his powers and the complete memories of the thousands upon thousands of years that he had experienced couldn't fit into a mortal shell though and so he put only a tiny fraction of himself into the body he made. He is still taking care of business behind the Veil, but it's on a sort of unconscious level. In this form he couldn't access his own essence without killing the body, but he can give certain directives or influence outcomes to a certain extent. For example in his essential form he knows the date and time and method of the deaths for everyone currently alive, but such knowledge would make a mortals head explode so his conscious mind doesn't know all that. What he can do is look at a single person and call forth those details, but only with effort which usually he doesn't bother with. For him death is neither frightening nor unexpected so it's not something he concerns himself with knowing. Telling the person would only scare them and make their remaining time miserable anyway. In theory he could also prevent the persons death by looking for the details of their death and preventing it, but it's not something he's done before. It would cause a lot of chaos in the time stream and could very well have repercussions far worse than whatever death was originally planned by his superiors.

Anything else? Because he is such a potentially strong character I really don't get to play with him much. He really is godlike in a lot of ways so that makes it hard to find a setting where he fits in. I do adore him though despite the lack.

Why do you want this character Sphinxified?:

I actually tried to get him during the first ever sphinx custom run, as my second owned sphinx. There weren't to many option then and am now trying to change him to be more like my OC. This is one of the few places where I am comfortable rping him without having to change his core character to make him fit, like some rps without magic. have yet to be able to get a place that would be willing to make all three into one x.x

Do you plan on RPing them?
Yes, the current version has been in every large rp,not counting the last two years where I was gone from PI x.x. But this year he is right now grumpily moving from ninja fraction to the posse XD. So I will be playing him, hopefully more outgoing now that I have his original history behind him and add in his other two um "personalities" which is fun to play ..or watch argue.





the time consuming part... it will technically be three sphinx all very similar looking except for one or two changes fading in and out. one sphinx fade in then fades out and the second one appears and third one does the same before moving back to the first.

Character Personality:

In their merged form: Kind, helpful, patient, immature at times, fun loving,likes to learn, playful. He is actually a mix of three spirits into "one".

The first spirit is a ghost and was killed when he was young, right out of apprenticeship into journeyman. He is the slightly more down to earth and is the translator of emotions and ideas for the other two, but quite ready to instigate some harmless fun.

The second spirit is an angel type. More of a recently created one that has been placed as a guardian after his dimension suffered some large problems unrelated to him. He is more innocent, and curious. Also willing to play but quite ready to switch to defend attack or heal(his own supervisor put him with the other two). He ends up getting them into trouble the most as he wanders around and acts before the other had a chance to catch his thoughts. Does not usually do it on purpose but is almost like a kitten.

The third spirit is slightly more difficult to explain. A nurtured spirit of the machine. An android that has a spirit, one that is slow to grow. He is the one that grounds the other two to the solid plane. He is more stotic, absorbing what he can and slowly showing more signs of emotion as time goes on usually in keeping with its programing but has been known to work around it or let the other two move around it.

all three form one being and usually the thought patterns of all three dimensional doubles are similar enough to work. When they disagree, you can see him arguing verbally to himself if they haven't split into separate forms to do so.

Character Background:

Well he was made around 2000 in a combination of a power ranger and knight rider show rp. He actually was already a combination of all three spirits when he was made(I actually don't remember why o.o; been so long), I think I grabbed it from a previously created OC though. He quickly grew out of that into a more science fiction/fantasy type setting traveling dimension with his "siblings" (siblings to his ghost half but "reborn" or pulled into android bodies with faint recollection of the previous life) and their charges(people they pick(or are programed) to protect) for one reason or another(no romance involved). All three people he picked have a special connection, they were either someone he meet when they were a child and he watched them grow, someone he meet when he first appeared and was alone, or someone who was similar in likes.
He has his mage powers from the ghost part and a bit from angel, healing and dimensional travel from angel, with dimensional travel and strength from android yes there is overlap. There is more but toning it down.

They have the ability to travel to different dimensions fixing or stabilizing interdimensional portals int heir "section". They keep an eye on abused or dangerous portals, rarely finding stable ones they do a lot of closing, afterwards they usually always head back to their home dimension(and made a nice complicated web of friendships spanning multiple dimensions lol). They also live in space since each android has a specific planet that built them to be part of that team and they need to travel around frequently. Phantom actually has three charges to guard, three begin the max since they link mentally so he knows if they are in trouble and visa versa. There is actually no romance involved at all and it is more of a strange family/partnership.

He and the and the other also have a secondary form and more but rather not get into that much detail ^.^;; just throwing out the basic overview, but there is more detail for each planet and background etc. Since he was already made here, I was thinking of saying he was under cover and toning everything down if he is picked to be made x.x.

Character Personality: Amazon is one who does not trust people right off, trust to her is something one must earn. She has anger problems but not to bad..unless you piss her off. She if very protective of people she cares for. Unless you truly know her she is cold and could care less what others think as long as she gets the job done and paid for it.

Character Background: Amazon went from beeing a Saiyan/Angel in a Sailor Moon/DBZ chat when i first started out. Then as the years went on she became a Wolf Demon and had more of a story developed behind her then, then as more years passed she became a chimera demon in a fantasy RP still keeping her Wolf Demon background. To try and keep this short i will put what i can but if you would like to know more about her background i can always PM it to you ^_^.

Having servived the death of her kingdom, Amazon having gone somewhat incase fled not remembering who or what she was. After some time she came apon a tavern in the middle of a forest where she met her soon to be adopted brother Omega StarWatcher. Half mad he over time helped her regain her sanaty as well as her memories, only she came to remember that he was the one who had been sent to destroy her kingdom and family. At first she could not beleve this was the man who had done such a thing, Omega told her that he did not blam her if she wanted to kill him for reveng but she had come to love him as a brother and there for could not do it. As time grew on and as the generations changed around her, she became fasinated with sience finding she liked to work in labs studing DNA and many different creatuers. During a sparing match with her brother {Omega beening a Chimera demon} she had gotten the idea to study his DNA so during thire spar not only did she gets a sample of his blood but also a sample of his hair.

While in the lap studing her brothers DNA an exsplotion happend and ended up enfusing his DNA with hers. When she woke heaking wrather fast even for a wolf demon she noticed some changes to her featuers as well as a few more..voices in the back of her mind. Her hair had become white like her brothers with silver highlights, her eyes had taken on the blood red color of a Chimera's blood rage, and she now had two sets of blood red wings that had looked like they had once been white but all that was left of the white was the tips of her wings. Now along with the outter changes she gaind a few more..demons within was well and was able to take on thies other demon forms. More time went by and she slowly gaind controld of the Blood rage only for it to leave her eyes one blue and one Blood red due to an almost losse of control. Now the only way to calm a Blood Rage was 3 ways 1 drinking the blood from the opiset sex, 2 a fight to the finish, and 3 mating with the opiset sex. Once she had it sfinal under controle she went on to become a Mercenary for her brother who was the leader of the StarWaters clan. Thought all this she has gone though triles she never thought she would live thought but she lived well past 1,000+ years.

Umm She is the only OC i have evern really had this long Been RPing her since i was 13 so she had been though alot. Why do you want this character Sphinxified?: She has been a long time character for me. Kind of put her in the dark when Pykiin left, but I've always secretly wanted to get her since the pirates came to the Sphinx world. She's the daughter of Jack Sparrow for sakes! XD She was an inspiration for me back when her Pykiin image was sent to me through breeding season, and I kind of went with the whole pirate theme for her. I spent a lot of time on her as a Pykiin character and even went to the length to make sure that when she grew from a youngin' she grew up to be her own special handdrawn Pykiin with her own ship in the background. It's not always easy to tell, but I normally put all of my "eggs in one basket" when it comes to adoptables, and I will spend all my efforts to make sure that my characters are created the right way. I think that bringing Brandy to the Sphinx world will give me the joy and satisfaction of bringing a very special character to a world that I have began to love dearly!

Design: Brandy has dark mangled hair like her father, but gained a soft tan pelt from her mother. She has no prominent markings other than the gold tribal like swirl tattoo that extends down her right arm. Her hair is long and flowy (But slightly mangled and somewhat poorly managed), and she has dreads with beads all throughout her dark hair. She sports a number of jewelry items. Two large hoop earrings on each ear, two bracelets around her tail, and one gold bangle around her back right paw. All items from her adventures, each item from a different place. The one item she reveres as her most precious is the golden four leaf clover pendent she received from her father the last time they saw one another. He also made sure to give her a jar of dirt, and instructed her to carry it with her.

Character Personality: Oh, Brandy exhibits a lot of what her father was like. She is quite animated at times, though she does share in the subdue-ness that her mother had. She like her father prefers to obtain her goals by trickery and using her words rather than through force. She can be extremely cunning at times. Because of her reliance on words, she isn't the master swordsman that her father is. Still she controls her crew with the skills she has, along with her sister Peri who did manage to obtain Jack's superior intelligence for swordsmanship. Brandy is the brains of the operation, and Peri is the brawn. Brandy also has a very good sense of direction. She can usually get anywhere once she's gotten there once, and remembers paths and charts fairly well.

Character Background: At a young age Brandy met her half sister Peridot. Brandy was already in possession of her own ship; the Black Peanut (unofficially XD). The love for the sea was in their blood after all, both being daughters of the infamous Jack Sparrow. She later changed the name to the Black Pearl II in honor of her father's beloved ship. The two agreed that as long as she was captain that they would build a crew and sail as far as they could. Their crew ended up being made entirely of females, and she quite liked that. Brandy and Peridot then agreed that in order to be a crew member of the Pearl II one would need to be a female. No males. She later fell in love with another pirate by the name of Teuthida, but he was lost to the sea after a long battle with his rival's crew. Brandy did not receive word of his death until months had passed, and in her heart she grieved greatly. She swore off love from that point, and kept to her cabin. She remained captain, but her crew was greatly troubled by her actions. They began rebelling, but were quickly stamped out by Peri who still honored her sister greatly.

The Pearl II sailed aimlessly for months before settling on the beach of a small island. Here Brandy was haunted by the ghost of Teuthida, but oddly enough she enjoyed it. Madly she continually made excuses to stay, and when ever she was questioned... Well lets just say the question wasn't in the air for long. Her love for him kept her fixated on the island instead of the other things she had vowed to do before his death.

One day while still stranding herself and her crew she wandered far. She felt like she was lost. Her 'visits' from Teuthida's ghosts had gotten scarce and in her state of complete madness she decided to wander to find him. She didn't know what she would really find. After wandering the thick tropical like forest for hours she finally came upon a ravine, here she met Davy Jones... Or well Will Turner actually! In her clearly unsound mental state she hallucinated Turner as her lost love. The two courted right then and there, though Turner was vowed to another (he is a pirate after all ). He left her at the ravine and when Brandy woke in the morning she realized what had happened.

In a rage and clearly still mad over not only the death of Teuthida, but also the evident fact she had been violated by the same scurvy dog who had taken her love from this world she hurriedly gathered up her crew and sailed off after Turner. She would get her revenge if it was the last thing she did.

It was only after sailing a few weeks that Brandy had a sudden and extremely terrifying realization. She had never gotten sea sick in her life, and now she was green at the face and couldn't hold down any of the rations she had been eating. The physician who had become apart of her crew long before the island or even Teuthida came to the conclusion after examining her captain fully. Brandy was pregnant, and time would only tell what would happen next.

Pet personality: Maria acts as an easing mechanism for Brandy's temper. The the simple touch of the snake's skin can soothe Brandy's ill mood, and even her fear. Maria is an instrument that Brandy uses to clear her mind in desperate times. She has a temper just as Brandy does, but controls it better.

Pet background: Maria was discovered by Brandy on one of the many pirating adventures that Brandy took part in. Instead of jewelry Brandy brought the snake along with her. It of course helped that the snake was very charming to Brandy. Practically convinced her from the start. Although the snake can not speak aloud there was a clear connection when the two first met, and the two can communicate back and forth with eachother. Maria instantly calmed Brandy and the two were able to make it back to the ship due to Brandy's great sense of direction.

Character Personality:Rocky is fun loving and put simply a show off. She loves to sing and have fun and can sometimes Act strange to make someone smile. Her problem is she sings to get rid of the voices in her head. The more she sings the more they are quiet. For poor Rocky has multiple personalities.

Character Background: Rocky was born to average parents with average lives. But, Poor rocky was anything but average. At a young age she loved the arts and anything that had to do with expressing herself. Singing was her truest love. But, something was not right. She found that that little voice in your head that people talked about for her was several. And they all had opinions and distinct personalities. Each of them also had their own names. This was not normal and when she asked her parents they became afraid and sent her away. She finished growing up in an institution. There they tried to help her quiet them but, the only way seemed to sing. Rocky learned to sing to quiet them. Sadly she could not sing everything always so she learned to keep quiet about the turmoil in her mind. There are five voices in her head. And on occasion now that she has escaped back out into the world at 18 they Take over and state their opinion.
