Kunoichi, The Three Strokes Clan - Ninja
The Three Strokes clan are a faction of all female ninja working for a trio of powerful and exotic leaders devoted equally to martial training, secret gathering and advantageous relationship building. There clan colour is green but it is up to each individual how they wish to display this (a bit of hilt trim, hair dye, eye shadow, or full green everything! While two of the leaders are from distant lands, the third is a native of Ahket (and rumor has it she was already and accomplished Tomb Robber working for the Golden Paws!) and they have been recruiting as fast as possible while still maintaining quality of their choices. New recruits are often tested before they realize they are being watched at all... Qualities that they are looking for are charisma and/or beauty matched with iron will and sharp mind. If possible a physical potential to become deadly efficient fighters is also desired. There are many examples of exceptions to this checklist though and the Kunoichi will not turn away a valuable asset to their cause!

1. What drew the Kunoichi to begin watching you? (your a natural artist with men's hearts? you were a fierce warrior with untapped potential? you were extremely intelligent or trained in a useful skill?)
2. Describe one (or more?) of the Kunoichi's first tests of your skill. (confronted with a dangerous or intimidating situation? posed a deeply philosophical question by a stranger or loved one that gets into your head? had a useful piece of information about someone you knew dropped in your lap to see how/if you used it?)
3. You are abducted for an initiation right! You are welcomed with camaraderie, provided with useful tools of the trade and are mentored by at least one member who will begin your training and show you the ropes! You are also sworn to complete secrecy about the whole thing... Describe your night. (did you see someone you know there? do you like your mentor? did you feel like you fit in? did the whole thing feel to good to be true?)
4. You begin training with your (first?) mentor, how does that go? (fun nights of partying and seduction lessons? dangerously exciting martial training? boring physiological lessons that explain how to manipulate peoples emotions? )
5. Describe a perk of belonging to the Three Strokes Clan? (your new friends take care of one of your problems, such as a cruel ex-boss? Deal with the Hand of Darkness thief who extorts your family? sets you up with a cushy place to live/takes care of your debts/provides you a fortune in jewellery clothes and perfumes?)

1. You are asked to perform your first job for the Three Strokes Clan, what is it and how does it go? (pretend to flirt with a noble's son to drive away his current suitor? steal and replace a book from Temple of Thoth's library with a fake? offered a completely ambiguous job such as "bring me 5 secrets"? ... does your training pay off and things go off well or does everything work against you?)
2. How awesome/bad was number 1? (do you spend the next few nights on a rush of success or training harder for next time? is your taste for espionage growing? are you finding your role in the Kunoichi or are you still looking for that 'thing' that you excel at? )
3. You are offered a second round of more specialized training, what sort of skills appeal to you? (you are trained in religions so you can better work in the local Temples? a highly skilled disguise artist offers to take you as an apprentice? a member who was rumored to have once been an amazon offers to teach you a new fighting style? a romance specialist comes to train a group of students the art of long term seduction?)
4. What is an obstacle for you to continue with your work and training? (an aversion to violence? falling to far into your characters and dealing with the repercussions of your lifestyle? a complete and almost comical lack of stealth abilities?)
5. You are ordered to infiltrate another organization to gain information, which do you choose and how do you train for your new assignment? (so many choices and options!)
