Runa spots the new male and her jaw drops before she gives a whistle. "Well hello handsome!"




*Chuckles* Why hello lovely *winks*

Runa grins and purrs, moving a bit closer. "You are quite handsome, but then again I'm sure you already know that."

Akafis chuckles and smiles, flicking his tail. "It always does me well to hear it again...though you are quite the looker yourself."

Runa smiles, her tail fluffing out a little and flicking, a sign she was enjoying the attention. "Thank you. Care to get a drink sometime?"

Akafis chuckles and smiles a bit wider. "You speak my language, lovely, I'd love to get a drink sometime."


Zenira huffed slightly exasperated at the inane display being put on by the new sphinx.

Akafis glances at the huffing sphinx and smiles. "Now why the long face, love? No need to be upset with my presence."


"I am not upset by your presence, simply annoyed by the pretentious display you put on that serves as your personality. We really have enough of them about we dont need another, perhaps you can think up something more suiting for your unique charms?"


Runa nods and purrs. "I know a good place to get some spiced cream. Rather good too." She glances towards Zenira and tilts her head a moment. "I think he is fine the way he is"

"Pretentious?" He snorts and laughs. "My lady you seem to think me a simpleton, nay in that you would be entirely wrong in presuming my character. Just because I rather delight in some harmless flirting does not make me a simple minded fool in need of a talk down." He turns towards her. "No lovely lady, I'm quite the opposite and maybe, if you would like, we could discuss the more complex bits of my personality." He smiles, less charming and more sincere now. "I am fine with drinks and good conversation with beautiful women...I like to enjoy life. I'm a pirate, after all, lovey." He winks. "Savvy?"

"Simpleton? Why no I dont not presume such a thing at all I simply stated what it is I see, which is the ostentatious display you put on to attract others to you but to what end? You say your personality is complex yet you seem to show none of it. Why not intrigue us with your complexities instead of trying so hard to impress?"

Akafis tilted his head at Zenira and sighed a bit. "Goodness you're high and tight there lovely....I can certainly do more than just woo and drink, I promise you that....but lass, you need to relax." He said with a note of concern in his voice. "Take this lovely lady for example, while I know I was flirting with her and lovely she is, she knows how to relax." He motioned a paw to Runa. "What are ya, Vampire Hunter from the looks of it....you must be the ever vigilant type, eh?" he said to Zenira with a curious look in his violet eyes.

Runa would come to fall silent, watching the pair and tail flicking some beside her. If she were perched on rocks and had wings, she'd look like some gargoyle come to life or a dragon creature. Oh wait...she was a dragon creature, just minus the typical dragon traits save for a pair of horns. She chuckled softly as she listened as she was pointed out, shifting a bit to sit up a little straight, looking a bit more noble. "Being relaxed is something I have learned to do. When you come from where I have, you learn to relax or you'll always be tense, which is no good."

"Yes, I am a vampire hunter and it is my job to be ever vigilant. Especially now with the portal open, vampires and the like are more active then ever." She shifted a bit then added. "Also, You need'nt call me lovely or lovey or any other such pet names, thank you. My name is Zenira." She glanced over to the blue female as she spoke. "I only relax when I am in the comfort of my own home and no where else." She said looking at both of them. Zerina failed to mention that she could barely relax at home half the time. She was simply always tense thats just the way she was. In her eyes it came with her job and was what her job required of her.

Akafis gave a slight nod and half circled Zenira, pausing at her side. He was careful not to walk behind her. "My apologies, Zenira. You seem to act as though I do not know how to respect a lady and I assure you that is not the case. I may be a pirate, but I'm hardly a scoundrel." He paused in his speaking to Zenira and turned to the blue female. "And what is your name, darling? I think we should all have each others names and maybe go somewhere for some spiced cream." He put a paw to his chest. "I am Akafis and it's a pleasure to meet both of you."

Runa nodded and listened to Zenira. "I see. Such profession is one I would not do. Have made a couple of vampire friends while here. You go after unruly vampires, yes?" Head tilted a little and she watched the pair, but grinned with Akafis' words. "Is nice to see a male with such a code. Nice to know not all pirates are scoundrels." Nod given before she would sit back on her haunches a bit, then give a slight bow. "Name is Runa Ormrdotter. Runa will do though." She gave a wink towards Akafis. "Is nice to meet you both as well."

Zenira kept an eye on the male as he half circled her. "I no way intended to mean that you did not know how to respect a lady. I simply wish for my name to be used and not be referred to with pet names." She gave him a nod when he introduced himself. Then looked to the Blue female when she began to speak. "Unruly or troublesome ones that usually cause discord, disaster or harm to innocents. Yes" She thought a moment. "Though not all Vampire hunters follow the same rules, as with most any job." She straightened herself and nodded towards Runa when she introduced herself. Seeing Runa's flirtatious wink toward Akafis Zenira turned her head slightly looking away. "It is nice to meet you both as well." She said when she turned her head back after a moment.
