Riesling's eyes had lit with amusement recalling the trappings hed done, then tilts his head noting her blush had darkened..and that she looked rather cute like that, then blinks at his own thought then offers a small smile " I..im glad.. " he bows his head his eyes dulling slightly " N..not really...I..im not re..really a b..brave person..c..couldn't s..stop t..the village b..being destroyed.." he murmurs quietly "A..all I could do w..was run..." he clears his throat shaking his head " u..um...so.. w..what d..do you e..enjoy doing?..i..if you do..don't mind my asking?..."

Riesling blinks then ducks his head " I.. I didn't want to see you get hurt...o..or get turned into one of th..those things... " he mumbles then listens smiling lightly " S..sounds fun, a..and n...not at all ironic... j..jsut means youl have p..practical experience? " he tried wincing mentally since his attempted reassurance didn't seem quiet right to him.. " P...plus b..better t..to know h..how to heal t..then not t..to and get injured a..and unable to d..do something..." he blinks pausing to consider the question " W..well I..I used to li..listen to the p..physicians o..of my village, a..and t..trap making.." he pauses thinking " I.. I also d..do some wood carving b..but I..i haven't done c..carving for awhile...S..since I arrived in Akhet " he admits

She giggled, smiling. 'Th..That makes you...v.very brave.." She said, smiling still. She did nod, chuckling. "I..I guess that is..correct." She said, not thinking about that idea. She was hoping to become a physician, but this was good experience at least. Better to learn what cures and what harms on one's self than hurt someone else. She did listen to his interests and nodded, smiling. "I...I w..would love to...see something you ca..carved." She said, smiling. It seemed amazing as she couldn't craft anything if her life depended on it, again.

Riesling offers a small smile "T..thanks.." he says softly, then relaxes at the chuckle glad she had taken the attempted assurance well, he looks surprised but had perked a bit at that " I..i don't h..have any o..of the few n..nicer pieces w..with me b..but.. " he shifts a paw moving the bandana around his neck and revealing a simple necklace with a nicely detailed but not overly so, necklace pendant shaped like some sort of flower, it was mildly reminiscent of a tropica like flower but.. it looked just a bit different.. and was done in a odd wood that was smoothed to a mirror-like sheen with dark banding at the center " I..its design a..after one o..of the f..flowers o was al..always happy to find..n..not for m..medicinal purpsoes bu..but.." he offers a smile " I..it was a..always a nice find.."

She smiled and nodded, but when he pulled out the necklace she blinked and smiled. "I..If that's not one of the the..fin..finer pieces...I...I can't wait to...s..see the pe..perfected products.." She smiled, it was gorgeous and so was the flower carving. She smiled. "I..It seems like it was a...very special flower." She said with a nod.

Riesling blushes " T..thanks" he smiles more surely " I..ill be ha..happy to show you" he says honestly, then nods " I..it was a nice change...w..when you boil t..the roots it p..produces a sweet white substance k..kinda l..like sap ..n..no medicnal q..quality but a..always nice to e..enjoy f..for cooking or a..as something t..to brighten a d..dreary day" he admits "M..Mallow was w..what its called.. Swamp Mallow"

She smiled, nodding happily. "I..I look forward to it." She said, giggling softly. She did listen to the description of that particular flower and smiled, nodding. "I..I wish I could have tried it.." She said, smiling softly. She did wish she could visit where he was from. "I....I no..noticed a glint in your eye..." She smiled. "I...I would....l..love to see it more often." She found it so cute to see him happy, and it was something she'd love to see so much more.

I..it was liked by o..others a..as well t..to r..replace s..sugar I think it w..was? m..maybe t..they h..have it h..here..t..though I..it p..prefers w..water..." he notes, mentally noting to keep an eye out for the MAllow plants.. he blinks surprised, but offers a smile blushing " I, I think b.b.eing around you m..might h..help with that " he tries flushing bright red after saying so.

She smiled, nodding. "I..I would lo..love to try it with you!" She said smiling. "T..The mallow...I mean...it..i..it sounds wonderful!" She did blink and turned a lovely, bright shade of red at his response to her last statement. "T...Then I...I hope...We..we can spend m..more time together!" She said, grinning softly. She couldn't remember a time she'd smiled so much. "B-Because Th..that glint is so pretty in you..your already gorgeous eyes.." She managed to get that out mostly without stuttering, and that amazed her.

Riesling smiles nodding " S..same!" he agrees, he amusingly seems to be in a near permanent blush at the moment "I..Id like that, A..A lot" he ducks his head he was enjoying himself, though if he wasn't already blushing heavily the gorgeous part would have ended up taking him to an instant full blush " I.. I like see...seeing you smile.. a..and you have a..a very pretty laugh.." he mumbles managing to reduce his stutter a bit.

She smiled, nodding happily as she thought about what they could share food or drink wise with this mallow. She did grin at him seeming to enjoy this company as much as she did. "G..Great!" She said happily, looking at him sweetly. She did blink and blush at his compliments and giggled softly. "T..Tha..Thank you!" She said, hiding her face shyly as she continued blushing. She was sure at this point she'd always be blushing now. "Y..You're such a charmer." She added after a moment.
