(No worries Pooka!! ^^ Believe it or not this is he first year I’ve been able to compete in the masked trials! I had thought that those who chose the option that opposed the number rolled were beaten and thus knocked out. My mistake. ^^) ((No worries. Sahret is just kick-*** and wins on a tie. )) |

*Sahret swatted at the three applicants, keeping away blows except for Neria's (Sanguine) who's claw landed upon the priestess giving her a nasty scrape. The priestess paused before stepping back, a smile barely seen beneath her mask.*
"Good job Neria, Bastet has blessed you. You shall enter the ranks of the Warrior Priestess's of Bastet."
(Congrats Sanguine! Neria will become a masked priestess. Please PM PookaWitch with your sphinx's ID# (and/or picture) with notes of how you want the clothing coloured, and a form for a custom cat that will be attached to your new priestess.)

Nensala's head hung low for a moment as she was thrown back again. She had been so close this year, too, but since it was her third year participating in the trials, it seemed that perhaps Bastet would grant her dearest wish and accept her into the warrior priestess ranks for her loyalty and perseverance.

Morgan took a breath as she stepped back and bowed her head towards Sahret and Neria. "Well done Neria! You shall be a fine Priestess of the ranks." Another look to Sahret. "Thank you my lady. Masika bowed her head to Sahret's words. She smiled and individually would approach each of the new masked priestesses. Congratulating them on their successes and tenacity. As she'd been healed, she'd murmur, "Thank you priestess and may she continue to guide me on my chosen path." The trials done she would move off to one of the offering spaces in the temple to leave her small trinkets. Her three companion felines mewling and trailing after her. She wouldn't give in. Just needed to work a bit harder it seemed.

Neria blinked in shock. She'd thought she had lost her second go, and now here she was: a Priestess of Bastet like she'd dreamt of being since she was a young cub. She did smile softly, bowing to Sahret. "T-Thank you." She said softly. "I...I will not waste this opportunity to serve the Lady Bastet."
She did smile shyly at Chiyeko. "Thank you. You fought bravely as well. I hope, next time you will join the ranks with me."
She did grin softly at Hasina. "D-Did you see? I..I managed to win!"
