i have a snake staff i talk too call him Mr. Bones and he talkes back in my head with a sothern accsent..ok not me but my DnD char.

His sword turned out to be a drake and he slept with that too... He had kids with the drake, a dragon, a ghost, and a minotaur... He watched intersting things. |

Don't Have a Cow The adventure of a lifetime they told me... 4 weeks on a steamer across the ocean and another week in the Mediterranean to see and work in Northern Africa. Now I wasn't a cityslicker but seeing some of the sights of Greece and Egypt on my way to the new farm was mighty nice, I'd have to admit. I'd traded away the forests of my youth to work in the deserts and scrub of California, but I just needed a change and this job in Egypt seemed to be my ticket. After 2 months I realized I've just traded one desert for another. Cali sand tastes just like Egyptian sand when it gets in your beans and coffee. Aw well, the stack of bills in my pack would make it worth it once I got these huge Indian Longhorns back up to Alexandria. Maybe I'd take a break and see some of the sites in the major cities, like the Gardens in Ahket... I heard they were mighty nice. Perhaps I'd just work farther east? Sailing the Suez was on many travelers checklists... Dang, look at that sandstorm comin'! I got to lost in daydreamin there and the cows are running everywhere! The cowboy realized there was no time to find his cows, but he just had to hunker down and wait for the storm to pass... and what a weird storm it was! Sand everywhere of course, but surly he saw... lights and dark spots and other weird things like giant flying bullets with wings and a lizard big enough to ride on. Maybe he'd been in the sun to long he thought. Fortunately the storm did calm after a bit, but the weirdness definitely didn't. Almost as soon as the wind died down he saw a trio of... chariots with Egyptians dressed up in full costumes like they were goin' to Mardi Gras! Huh. They called to me but I didn't know the language they spoke, though they nodded at each other like this was not big thing before motioning towards some of my stray cows seeming to offer help in rounding them up! Well alrighty, that'd kind enough of them he thought! ------------------------------------------ Help our cowboy find his cows and you can guide him through the streets of Ahket yourself... and help him figure out just how lost in time he is! The first person to post 5 different pictures of cows in this thread will have their choice of winning this boy or getting a cowboy upgrade to one of their Sphinxes. Everyone who tries to enter within a half hour of this post will be entered into a draw for the prize not chosen by first place!

At one point Mi'ri'lil was trying to offer the sword Ricar anything... if there was anything she could do for him. Getting a gem studded scabbard, or embossing, or anything since she didn't know how to faun on a sword.
He said that all he wanted was a 'comfy sheath' and she giggled like her mind was in the gutter. XD
