Nehemiah nodded slightly " the most of us get along, there's one who doesn't, but he mostly keeps to himself. " Though he secretly hoped that the grumpy male in his own pack would not stick around much longer. It said allot when he could handle a cub over an adult male any day. He blinked, managing a slight glance up at the sky " yes it is, so, when you are not training, what do you like to do? "

He blinked, thinking on what was said. "You never know, he may leave and in his place will be someone much nicer." He smiled softly, but at the other male's words, he blinked. "Ah, when I'm not training or sparring with a member of my pride, I usually enjoy tea or a game of sennet. I hunt some as well." He looked at Nehemiah. "What about you?"

Nehemiah chuckled softly " I personally hope so, there are a few that might miss him a bit, but none of us are close to him in any way. In fact most of us would prefer more cubs, even loud and crazy ones, to him. " His expression remained warm " yes there's little better than a cup of tea, or a nice warm bowl of sake. As for myself? Other than enjoying tea, or sake, I write, and I paint, and occasionally combine the two with some calligraphy "

He smiled. "Then I hope you, and your pack, find peace soon." He did blink at his hobbies and smiled once more. "I would love to see some of your work sometime."

Nehemiah shrugged gently " like I said the ornery rogue mostly keeps to himself, so things are peaceful otherwise, what is your pride like? " He absently smoothed a paw down the edge of one gauntlet " certainly, I mean, I don't think my work is really anything special, but all right I suppose "

He smiled. "I would very much like to see it sometime, then." He did ponder the question about his pride. "It's different. I'm not the only hot-head in the pride, which is sometimes nice." He laid his ears back. "One of those Space girls are in my pride now...I'm still not trusting that one....other than that, it's peaceful. We all get along for the most part. A couple of Greeks decided they want to look for a new home eventually. I wish them well."

" Oh? you have one of those space girls wandering around your home too? Ours seems more lost and lonely than anything else. I think she misses the others that were on her ship with her. But all this time travel and such has left me a bit frazzled, ever since I helped those sphinxes retrieve their pharaoh's symbols from that tomb I've been a bit out of sorts "

He nodded. "She has settled in well enough with our pride, I just have no trust in her as of yet." He did frown. "I am just glad we were able to retrieve the Pharaoh's crook and flail and returned him to power."

He blinked, the space girl forgotten for the moment as the realization hit him. " you, you were there? I thought you seemed familiar but I wasn't sure. I'd be surprised if you remembered me though, I wasn't as convincing a force as some of the others "

At this he looked more than a bit surprised, considering his small role in what had happened that the other male remembered him. " I had to try something, it hurt to see another of our kind a slave to someone.. even if the one behind it was a netjer herself "
