Looks wonderful, MA. Sounds like you had a lovely holiday. As for my gluten free recipes, I usually just substitute gluten free flour or other ingredients. Like for the mac and cheese, I used a gluten free all purpose flour to make the roux and gluten free pasta. My roux ratio was a bit off, but otherwise it was quite tasty. I think the seasoning might need a bit of tweaking, but that's typical for me.
