Oh, it's the D&D term for a female sphinx. There is only one type of female sphinx and she has a human head. The androsphinx is male with a human head and they also have crio and hieroco... and a few others that have animal type heads. All of them have lion bodies and wings. OOOOoooooh...okay! Cool!
