Gizmo came home today. I am a happy..although tired and sore MA.

Some pictures of my little ball of poof on the way home:





Some quick notes:

~Hes really good in the car..no barking, no whining.
~Sounds dont bother him. I flinched when a truck went by us..he was fine o.o
~Very smart and a big cuddlebug. Its obvious the breeder has been working with him..he doesnt even react when a coller/harness is put on him, and hes indifferent about brushing and being held on the toes and ears/tail.
~I overestimated the time it takes to stay ontop of him. He conks out for a few hours in his pen and im free to do stuff without worrying. He also tires super easily which is nice.

~will voluntarily go into crate (that black thing hes in) to snooze. Is also using a waterbottle instead of a water bowl..bonus since his hair is going ot get long and thats cgoing to prevent it from getting wet.
~Hes used to going on pet pads but he hasnt had to use the one in his pen yet, there havent been any accidents soo far, and while I cant see it all the time (he squats and is soo low to the ground its hard to tell) he is learning that grass is an ideal substrate.

~Need to work on him being ok on his back so I can comb his underside. Also need to watch his nose. Vet visit on sat. Its something really common and one which he should grow out of but breeder will pay for any antibiotics or stitches needed if they are needed (the minor surgery is done at the same time as the snipsnip). Im just thrown offguard because it sounds like he cant breathe

I just got a puppy too! His name is Orion and he's a Queensland heeler/Border collie/ Australian shepard mix :3 I adore him so~ The best part is he was born on my birthday <3

meet Jerry and Jenny. Jerry is the darker one and he's the instigator. He loves to steal all of their toys and hoards them in his bed...but Jenny goes and gets hers back. Jenny can hold her own. She puts Jerry in his place when she's had enough. They play wrestle a lot. Love snuggles. Love car rides and Love baths! And they're used to grooming tools. I love 'em to pieces!

We're currently working on our dog agility and obedience skills. Jerry can be coaxed to jump over hurdles with treats, Jenny won't have anything to do with it. She knows I'l give her a treat either way. They both will sit, stay and lay down. But Jerry will only stay for so long. Too many things to sniff too few hours in the day!!

They're standard size Yorkies, but they think they'll mature at 7 -10lbs 16 wks old now

so many cute dogs! I really love Australian Shepard's...

I've only got cat pictures to share... and a couple of videos. one of our kittys, Runic, became OBBSESSED with Youtube videos of birds and squirrels. Normally he's hyper and 49% of the time he's being a demon, running around with boundless energy... until he noticed the birds on tv. He'd sit for literally hours watching these videos, just pure adorable sitting neatly in front of the tv. for about a week. then he started to jump behind the tv trying to find the squirrels. then he started trying to 'catch' the birds jumping at the screen! I took a couple of videos... I'll have to see if they worked. ...but for now his squirrel privileges' have been temporarily taken away until we can figure out how to keep him from attacking the tv!
