I have not seen Black Butler, but it and Fullmetal Alchemist are referred to fondly by Sang. He showed me Trigun as well. I think that is the name and it amused me greatly. My shows cover very little as he introduced me to anime.

When it comes to anime, the first one I remember watching was Sailor Moon. However, the first one I actually enjoyed and watched all the way from start to finish was Yu Yu Hakusho. It's definitely one of my favorite animes. I'm also fond of Inuyasha, Cowboy Bebop, Vampire Knight, Naruto, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Slayers.
Edit: Gah! And how could I forget Trigun?!

Oh, that wasn't a list of anime that we've seen, just a few more recent ones that were good. If we listed all that we've seen the list would be pretty huge since we've been watching anime since we were little (we didn't meet until teens, but had both been watching our lifetimes). I think the first I ever saw was 'Battle of the Planets'. The first subtitled one we watched (Mr. Pooka and I were together then) was Urusei Yatsura.
We had a bit of a lull in watching anime for a few years over the last decade, but a few years ago we started our anime RP offline and started to binge watch it like crazy. XD

I'd love to have a deck of clow cards angel, cool! (-8 I was just brushing up on some XXXholic and looking up a handful of other Clamp stuff I've missed!
Oooo, and Ranma! we actually have a video tape Ranma collection tucked away in the back room, (-8 That's another one I'm not sure if I ever got to see the end of? I'll have to look and see if I can find it streaming somewhere... I even made a character from that setting for our Anime RP and made up a suitable ridiculous pool for him to have accidentally fallen in, (-8 I'll have to make a Sphinx of him for my YSO collection!
I've only seen a handful of the ones on your list Rayvin, *takes more notes, staring with hearts* though there are a few I know and love on there. My Hero Academia is super fun, and Chobits, yay! We just watched BNA as well, which I liked, (-8 I really need to make a list like yours... I keep seeing titles I loved but watched so long ago I've forgotten them until I see the name...
Oh, and Cowboy Bebop! I'm nervously and cautiously excited about the live action series on the way! (I want to be super excited but live action adaptions of good anime and magna are usually just hit or miss...) I also read a lot of Yu Yu Hakusho (in Shonen Jump) but I don't think I've ever seen the anime?
*prepares some epic binge watching... gets distracted by new add for new episodes of Lucifer... still lots of time for more anime!*

I'll be honest. I have seen some anime, but not all of them. THere are a number Sang adores, but I still love Trigun the most out of the ones I have been shown. THe guy is hilarious.

While I was going through my very important comic book news today I saw something I think many here will find cool, (-8 It seems Avatar made a lot of lists and favs here and apparently since it was so popular on Netflix they've started a whole new Avatar Studio to work on new animated projects, starting with a movie! I was pretty excited when I saw that, (-8 There's no other real info now about the what's, who's and when's... but whatever it is I'll watch it!

I saw that in my news a few days ago! TBH I'm quite excited about it because they do such a great job storytelling. I'm just fearful of it being a cash grab, but hopefully Michael and Bryan have enough sway and respect to have full creative control.
Then again... I'm also kinda put out they haven't spent time finishing Dragon Prince Dx I'm dying over here for the next season. ;_;

I also kinda agree with sio though I want them to work on dragon prince! I love it sooo much <3 I don't usually like pop figures i do however own one its the adorable little azymondias! So much love for that show. XD

I loved A:TLA. I just finished the series all the way through in fact. I had seen most of it, but I'd missed the finale and a few other random episodes. I own the whole series though but since Retta can't stand Toph, I had to watch it by myself. I was not a fan of Korra. I just didn't like her character. It also felt like they totally broke the canon with her from the very start. All the previous avatars had to be told they were the avatar and then had to learn each element. Here's tiny Korra already aware she's the avatar and able to bend multiple elements. I never finished the series.

I was happy to hear the original team was working on this one and it gave me plenty of optimism, (-8 I am also a fan of Dragon Prince, but if I had a vote about which world to work on it would be Avatar, personally! I do enjoy the worldbuilding of DP and like many of the characters... Idk how to differentiate what I'm thinking on this one. DP is a great story with a fun world, but Avatar felt more... enduring and classic to me. I think 25 years from now people will still enjoy Avatar! My person bias towards traditional animation vs computer graphics might also influence my choice a bit.
...all that being said, perhaps they've got enough stories in there for both! (-8 It's not like they are hand animating everything themselves and if they can simply write the stories we might just get more of everything we want! ...oddly enough, last week I had a dream that we'd come into some money and the first thing I wanted to do was hire my own animation studio to tell Sphinx stories, and a second to animate the RP stories that Pooka and I have been building forever now. I can't imagine either of us ever running out of source materials!
Interesting note tierasa, I had forgotten that originally I think I had a bit of Korra hesitation for similar reasons... it just felt different but I really did come to love it just about as much. I think the stories they told were great, the characters really grew on me (especially Asami!) and I think the expanded lore was also really interesting, (-8 for me at least! I think I often went through a similar thing a few times watching Doctor Who. Just when you feel like someone was your fav doctor they'd switch to a new one... it was jarring, the series took a big swerve in direction and feel and it just was so different... but most of the time I came around and was like woo! I like this Doctor.
...I also liked all the Avatar and Korra comics, (-8 I don't think I've missed a bit of Avatar lore!

I saw a lynx on Monday! That was pretty exciting, (-8 It's one of the few wild critters I'd never gotten a good close look at in the wild but this one was all cute running around with his/her fluffy paws right beside me, (-8
and, not much else exciting, (-8 except for Resident Alien! I'm not sure if anyone else is watching this but we're supper hooked and can't wait for more!
*checks on chicken soup and gets back to work on growing mountain of Heb Goodies!*

Been pretty busy lately with work and all of the adulting things lately.
We did go on a mini-vacation over the weekend for an annual ice fishing trip. The first day had GLORIOUS weather. Super sunny and no wind. I was the only person to remember my SPF and didn’t get burned. Caught a ton of fish, and I even caught my first Salmon! Super proud of that!
Still really looking forward to all the goodies in store for Heb! It’s right around the corner. ☺️

That sounds awesome Cameron! We've had some super mild, spring like weather here to which has be itching to get outside, exploring and fishing... I like fishing the ice edges when its on its way out, (-8 (weirdly I've rarely been ice fishing, idk why really, we have so many choices and spots.) I think it's going to be a great year for fish up here... counter to the winter storm that knocked it's way through the states, we've actually had a super mild winter way up here, with barely any snow... which translates into some lower water levels which in the next turn makes for some very good fishing (especially for smelts and salmon).
I keep wishing I had my camera when I saw that lynx... and it keeps making me want to head out on a photo safari, (-8
