Valentine's Day Proposals Seker found his way to the tent slightly outside the city where the lovely Hunra lived. She wasn't much for the hustle and bustle of Ahket much preferring to live alone close to the wild. He set his burden down and rapped loudly upon a box near the tent flap to get her attention. He was more than a little nervous, but that was to be expected.  Hunra peeked her head outside the tent yawning at having her afternoon nap interrupted and was surprised to see the hunter standing there. She had often run across him on her own hunts around the area. He was quite striking to look at which unfortunately didn't always aid him in his tasks. She yawned again. "Can I help you with something? Did you want my assistance in a taking down a rhino?" Seker shook his head and grinned. "I do not need your help for that, my lady." The hunter turned to his bundle. "I come on a much more personal errand, and I do not come empty-handed. I have heard from others that you refuse the court of anyone who isn't stronger than you, so I've come to seek your hand and bring proof of my prowess."
He turned to his bundle and brought out his first gift dropping the carcass at her feet. "I've brought you an antelope. Proof of my swiftness and cunning. I tracked it across the plains south of the city and brought it down in one throw of my spear." He saw her yawn a third time and fought a frown turning to his next trophy placing it on top of the first. "I bring you a Nile crocodile to prove my fierceness and determination. I chased it into the river after separating it from its friends sunning on the banks. I fought it with my bear hands until I could bring it down with my spear." He grinned in pride as he saw interest spark in her eyes. "Lastly to prove my strength, I have brought you a rhino." He dragged the sledge bearing the corpse from the far side of the tent where it had remained out of sight.
Hunra couldn't help but laugh at the last. Sleep fully faded from her eyes. "So you bring me these as courting gifts?" Seker nodded. "Only you could ever be my wife, and I'm certain that I should be your husband. Have these not proved it, dear one?" The barbarian laughed again at his boldness. "I suppose so, Seker. You have certainly proven you are strong. Perhaps you shall wrestle me before we settle the matter entirely," she grinned just before pouncing him. The pair proceeded to wrestle there in front of her tent. Each at times pinning the other only for them to break free and the grapple to start all over again until both were spent and laughing laying in Hunra's camp. "Yes," she finally said breathlessly. "I will accept your courting and your proposal." The hunter grinned in return. "You've made me very happy, Hunra. We shall go see a priestess as soon as we are able." ((I placed part of his proposal behind a spoiler as I thought his choice of courting gifts might bother some people.))

Yesterday’s events looked so much fun! I am completely enamored by Wolfy and her gifting! Couldn’t have asked for a thing more, considering the spotty gal was the apple of my eye in the seven 💕💗 *snuggles Wolfy*
Congrats to all the other priestess winners! Do we know yet if the priestesses of Hathor will be a limited class like the priestesses of Aphrodite?
Merwety looks lovely in all of the pieces of her wardrobe. Her hair is absolutely stunning, and that beaded overlay dress is fantastic! Such beautiful detail! 😍
I think I’m all caught up. Just need to go wrangle up some pictures... and a name!
