I have made ham an potato soup before. I have also made bacon cheddar potato soup. You can also thicken potato soup up and add veggies, like carrots,celery and corn and turn it in to a chowder as well. Its pretty versatile and so very delicious.

I got dragged into an escape thing called 'we were here'. Its 2 player with 2 roles so me and my friend watched on our ends and helped out on puzzles while the boys did the playthrough (x2--one for each role/person). It was interesting though i dont think it replaces what we would have been doing if we were able to get together normally.
Umm...we had risotto last night and leftovers and salad today. Though I might make mini waffles or chocolate chip cookie waffles if im up to it. We have a snow warning that I think might take place overnight.

I've never seen or heard of a chili block, neat! I figured it was something you had premade, home made style.
and that sounds fun MA! ...and I love making waffles...

I think it could be something made from scratch and preserved in the freezer for sure. I’ll have to look into that. 🤔
Recently I’ve made a ton of homemade chicken stock that I’ve canned. Its saved quite a bit of funds especially since we use it for nearly everything.
