I like to make my own stock and freeze it too! My fav two tricks are;

I keep a Ziploc bag or two in the freezer to add bones and veggies and misc bits into until I have enough to make a big pot so they don't go to waste. (It's right beside my bag of bread ends and bits for making croutons or casserole toppers or breadcrumbs for meatloaf filler or stuffing or...)

Also I love using stock to make rice so I'll premeasure out the amounts I need using those little rice machine measuring cups in small freezer bags so I can just pull a bag out, add rice and go, no thawing needed, (-8

For marriages, I think asking is the best way to go (if possible) but also there's no need to get stuck if someone isn't around. (If I had a married Sphinx and the other person wasn't around I'd have no qualms about going forward, and/or be looking for a divorce if it really mattered to me for roleplaying reasons!)

We did do an RP where some of our characters were temporarily 'anthroed' and Denzil here was turned into a Cow anthro... which lead to ... roleplaying!
