I've recovered from my data entry overload, (-8 If you missed it in the news, our owner folders now are all searchable which still fills me with happiness and joy, (-8 sphinxes.proboards.com/thread/940/searchable-images-sphinx-folders-yay?page=1&scrollTo=78733Now, if you find a mistake or something missing or... you know, things that are wrong, in your own folder, feel free to post it here and I'll get to fixing it as time allows. For the time being, just notes about your own folders are all I'm looking for, with the exception of things that directly effect your folders. (like say one of your spouses in someone else's folder has the wrong heart number or something you traded to someone else is still in your folder... that kind of thing). I'll expand this to other stuff you might find later. This will be an ongoing, living thread for the future as well whenever you notice something missing or a mistake. On that note, during events it will be our intention to add info as Sphinxes are added but this might get put aside for a time if we are to busy. After an event I'll go through the pickups and wrangle up stuff I might have missed, so don't worry about posting about missing stuff until after an event where you won something. (as a side note, I do have a smugmug setting on that will automatically tag the file name when I add a file and our files are always named with the Sphinxes code. So, EM6778 will still be easy to find even if his traits are not added right away!) So, feel free to post any mistakes/missing info you find in your folder here! EDIT: If you could use or add a Sphinxes code (ex. EF000) with your request/notes that would help me out, thank you! (-8 |

Sorry, Mr. Pooka!  I was very thorough in my checking though so this should be everything, and I know mine was one of the early folders. I also left them in the order they can be found in my folder. Astarte is tagged as EM624 instead of EF624 Ahmes is tagged as "atface" but she's human faced. Shadya is missing a "whiskers" tag Nimcha is missing a "dragonwings" tag Kamas is missing a "lynxfur" tag. Hard to see with her wig.  Asmatarta's name is tagged "Asamatarta" with an extra A. Eriae's name is tagged Eride Anai is missing a "dragonwings" tag Aaheru is tagged "lionears" instead of "catears" Pet-en-senas' name is tagged "Per-en-senas" Nuru is tagged "lionears" instead of "catears" Like father like son. XD Shai is missing a "whiskers" tag Parushta is missing a "mane" tag Akira's onnagata tag is misspelled "onagata" Tarn is missing a "whiskers" tag |

Serqet is missing her "catface" tag.
Shadya is tagged as "floofytail" instead of "velvettail".
Laila is tagged as just "shatail" instead of "silkyshatail" and is missing her "feathering" tag.
Reiji is missing his "fluffytail" tag.
Khunum-rekhi is missing his "liontail" tag.
Kheper-ra is missing his "whiskers" tag.
Full Moon's sphinx form is missing his "catface" tag.
Nahab is missing his "peasant" tag.
Lionel Cogsmith is missing his surname in his info.

These tags are so very useful, so thank you for your time and effort on this!
I did note a few things with my own and they are as follows:
Atlaua (EF1523) is missing "snakeeyes" tag
Lapis (EF1550) is tagged "feathering" twice
Chua (EF2217) is mising the "dragontailfluff" tag
The mer version of Marin Aukai (EF3229) is missing "fishscales"
Kurtis (EM1262) is missing "snakeeyes"
Malachite (EM1761) is missing "mane"
Tlaloc (EM2229) is missing "snakeeyes"
I'm hoping I didn't miss any, but just in reviewing them it very much provides full understanding of how much a project this was to undertake!

all caught up! (I think! double check me, I did not sleep much last night...) ..and I'm glad everyone is enjoying this, (-8 I was so excited when it became an option! ...and no need for any apologies for finding this stuff, I figured I'd miss a ton of stuff, especially little things. When we examine files for most other team reasons I'd pop open files and give them a good look over, but that just wasn't an option with so many Sphinxes to get through!
and a note or two! I'll add a note above as well, but adding the Sphinx code for a Sphinx that needs a tinker is very handy for me and would be preferred, (-8 (I've just got some wacky muscle memory for typing in codes for easy searching and I can fix stuff up faster with the codes.)
...and a couple of individual notes from the above posts. (I'm just copy posting to explain)

Shadya is tagged as "floofytail" instead of "velvettail". We've got floofytail listed in our trait section and I think that's our most often used term for this one... I noticed there was a velvet tail ref on our customs but I've modified it, (-8
Laila is tagged as just "shatail" instead of "silkyshatail" and is missing her "feathering" tag. --- I only tagged all the shatails and variants as shatails. I might add more details in the future but I didn't think it was needed atm.
Khunum-rekhi is missing his "liontail" tag. --- for most subspecies/bloodlines (djets, crios etc.) I only added trait notes that varied from the base form. (ex. for a Djet, I'd only tag djet, not snake face, djet tail, snake eyes ect. but I would add things in addition to the base, like wings or crests) If I change my mind on this one I'll go back and do them all as a bunch, (-8

Layla (EF1324) is tagged "djet" instead of "djetface," also missing "snakeeyes" tag --- Sort of like my notes about subspecies above, snakeeyes come standared with djet face and it would be rare to have any other type so I didn't add snakeeyes to djet faces because its assumed. (and I fixed the djetface part, (-8)
Calypso Should she have a tag for djet tongue? --- I don't know! (-8 I'm a bit braindead atm but I might add this to applicable Sphinxes when I figure the best trait name (djettongue, serpenttongue, parseltongue...)
Kamala (EF3033) is tagged "shatail" instead of "silkyshatail" (but it looks like that might be intentional?) --- Intentional, yup, (-8 (note above!)
Ba'naan (EM1104) is missing "liontail" tag --- intentional (there's a note about subspecies/bloodlines above) (and same note for Sonavio and Ramses)
for Kaats
EF3214 missing "lionears" tag --- same note as the subspecies/bloodlines above. This popped up a few times, I'll add a general note about this one after this post, (-8
EM2650 missing "Egyptian" tag --- similar to the note above, I didn't add Egyptian to other subspecies/bloodlines. (if there is a hieroco or crio or djet etc out there with Egyptian it is probably a mistake). This one might change in the future, for sorting, and if so I'll switch them all as a bundle, (-8

I added this info to the original searching post.
"Bloodlines and Subspecies are usually only listed by type and base traits are not noted. For Example, a Djet will be listed simply as Djet, I did not add assumed traits like djetface and djetbody. I did add additional or different traits like featherwings or quetzalcrests. Same for Crios, Hierocos, Mer and others."
I don't have a plan to change this atm but we may if it feels like it might work better another way. For the time being it's just the most efficient method, (-8

Mara - EF1958 and her sister Fionnula Dawntracker - EF1959 are missing their alt forms in my folder. Their alt forms are faerie and swan respectively. Mara isn't tagged with her alt form and might also need a resize.

Ok I have yet to go through all my sphinxes but here are a few things so far that I have found <3 Faline - Ef1658- missing vampire teeth trait ( they are really hard to see but are there) and feline face trait tag Zarola - Ef1858- missing demon horns trait tag and is labeled as having a cat face but she has human face (is just colored) Ta- Shera - Ef2078- she is labeled at having a floofytail but she has a fox tail (like one of her moms) Khalida- Ef2490- she is missing her tail tag (tine tail) Liridona - Ef2508- is tagged with demon horns but in the traits folder these are demon horns (like my other girl has) Im not sure what her horns are called i couldn't find them in the trait folder. Sealy- Ef2803- Is tagged with Shadowninja ninjafeathering XD the extra ninja in feathering should be removed I think? XD Daenari - Ef2840- is tagged with silkytail and Shatail instead of just Silky Sha tail XD (I know you said you are not labeling the sha tail variants, so I guess the silkytail tag should just be removed because she doesn't have 2 tails XD ) Kasumi- Ef3505- not sure if she is supposed to have windkineticist and kineticist tagged? Rizeru- Ef3511- missing antennae trait tag Kotori - Em1697- is tagged as a Night walker but is a Nightwatch Pyry- Em1830- is missing leg feathering trait tag Dragan- Em1842- Is missing demon horns trait tag Maksim Selenio - Em2027- is missing leg feathering trait tag Beau - Em2210- is missing leg feathering trait tag and is also tagged with Ef id number instead of Em Atticus- Em3001- is tagged with lynx tail but he has the fox tail Merikh- Em3107- Should he have a cat face tag? he has a feline face with a half bone jaw is that still considered cat faced? thank you Mr. Pooka! By the way, I love that you put an overworked scribe tag for Bak Kra-djet <3 XD also is the cat face instead of feline face intentional? Im assuming so since all my feline faced sphinxes are labled catface but I just wanted to be sure. |

Definitely for a later time once Heb cools down and you've had a proper break ... I'm missing Yvaine's were version. I'm pretty sure I ordered one many blue moons ago from Moonlily, and just remembered it never made it's way back into my folder once we switched from PB. Can you look for me?  |
