 Thayr wipes dust from his face as he and Rarak return to stable. "Olerra," he calls out to his wife, "I'm back. Rarak finished the course almost a full minute faster this time!" He beams with pride. "I would expect nothing less," a strong female voice resonates from inside the barn where the terrorbirds are kept. Thayr sees his wife emerge from the shadowed entrance followed by a little red terrorbird chick one of Rarak's latest offspring, Rakgar. Olerra liked her naming conventions. His sister was a little pink thing named Rakash. Rakgar had taken a shine to his wife though and liked to follow her.  ((SQUEEEEEE. She's so perfect! I love her so much! I had to have the "odd" colors that you aren't allowed to breed in game so Rarak is purple and his kids are red and pink. XD)) |

I do have a few more Sphinxes pretties for the shop but I didn't want to get to far ahead of the work we've got piled up... and it seemed like a quiet day yesterday but it was mostly behind the scenes projects like building files for Pooka. She also got her second vaccine yesterday and is feeling under the weather today. Hopefully she'll feel better soon!

*melts Into the room* I was not meant to live in these temperatures.
Hit a high of 25 yesterday and today its heading up to 30.
I live in the UK. Its meant to be cold and wet not so hot and splitting the rocks.
Edit: 77- 86 us temps
As for the jab drinks loads of water. Helped me loads.

I got the Pfizer shot. Having heard everything going on with J&J...I wanted either Pfizer or Moderna. My mom and dad got Moderna, my Aunt got Pfizer, I got Pfizer. The clinic I went to had J&J and Pfizer...I got Pfizer. Mom got hit by a mack truck with side effects, felt like she had a bad case of the flu when it hit her. I had mild side effects when I woke up the next day, but I still went to work. My GM asked how I was feeling and I was flat out honest with her. My GM said if I could last til 2, she'd give me a break. I made it to 2, but at 2 she actually let me go home early as she saw I was dropping. I'm glad I got the vaccine though, means I no longer have to wear the mask at work.
How is everyone doing today?

Hoping Pooka feels better soon! That second dose was no joke. I knocked me out for a good day-ish. I wish I was as lucky as some of my family who had 0 symptoms xD And a little late, buuuut I wanted to show off Mr. Pooka's excellent refashioning skills! <3 I love her so much! I wanted a cute halloween holiday pastry chef type witch that sells spelled baked goods. And you can always assume my Sphinxes tend to lean bookish, with this girl having tons of recipe books on her shelf ^^ This year's theme and trading season really made it happen!   |
