I make pasta noodles frequently. The main change should be the flour I use and thickness of the noodles. I like learning to make a lot by hand as it makes perfect sense to me that way. I do burn a lot of things while learning though.

We have a nice sit down place here with traditional seating available. :3 I especially love rolls with roe, salmon, or eel!

Mmm..while on the topic of dough. Anyone ever try to make mochi? We can get some in the freezer section at the supermarket (fortinos for the pookas) and in some chinatown markets but I just wonder how it would be making it from scratch.

And the filling. Id probably go for greentea/matcha as the red bean type is still odd to me.

I think a bit more research may be in order o.o
