Matcha is love. I have the proper bowl and whisk to make it correctly too. I kind of like the vanilla on david's tea used to carry ^^ AND I love baking with it  |

You know the Netflix movie 'To the Moon' is lovely if slightly heartbreaking as well. I know its Chinese based, but it was fun to watch

Mmm..while on the topic of dough. Anyone ever try to make mochi? We can get some in the freezer section at the supermarket (fortinos for the pookas) and in some chinatown markets but I just wonder how it would be making it from scratch. And the filling. Id probably go for greentea/matcha as the red bean type is still odd to me. I think a bit more research may be in order o.o This recipe works well for basic unfilled Mochi, (-8 I'm kind of addicted! (I'm going to use this base to try milk flavour next...) |

Tiaua, though she had been looking over these colorful intricate parasols, heard the commotion as the guards and leader from the envoy came out of the palace once more. Her attention drifted, slowly, with the first words 'spoken'. But at mention of a usurping of someone's power she was interested. A call to arms? Hmm perhaps this was something she could help with? At the very least she should listen.
The colorful sphinx turned from the parasol cart and padded closer to the ring of on-lookers. Watching and waiting to see who would step forward first. Or if there was a formal manner in which to do this?

I find matcha to be delicious with some ice, fresh lemon juice, and honey. It's so refreshing for summer heat as a drink or as a popsicle.
