The gates to the Pharaoh's palace opened yet again as samurai in white armor marched out. Behind them, carried on the same extravagant liter was the Empress. Her long branching horns pushing back her blossom pink hair and scaled tail draped elegantly on the liter behind her. Following were more of her white armored samurai. One of the samurai stepped forward and cleared her throat.  Imperial Guard: Our most illustrious Empress of Hanashima has met with your Pharaoh on an issue of great severity. *the voice rang out from behind the mask, speaking perfect khemetic... possibly from a spell* Imperial Guard: Great turmoil has happened in our homeland, and the Empress is here visiting seeking sanctuary with the Pharaoh from the Shogun. *she paused as the Empress looked forlorn before hiding her face behind her kimono sleeve* Imperial Guard: The Shogun of Hanashima has not only usurped power of Hanashima from it's rightful ruler, but has tried to do the unthinkable. In a malicious coup she attempted to have our Empress murdered! A failed attempt thankfully, but many of her loyal followers have fallen to the Shogun's forces and those of us still loyal to the Empress have escaped to your land. She wishes to enlist a group of brave souls to return to Hanashima and take back her rightful rule from this userper. *the empress lowered her kimono sleeve to speak out for the first time*  Empress Haruka: Please. I beseech you for your aid. With our success there will be great rewards. |

Woooo.. I forgot how intense a kitty game can be.
As for Mochi, I've tried it once. But I think I didn't like it because it wasn't fresh made. I imagine a good fresh Mochi is WAY better.

We were having some Mochi Icecream a week or so ago, and I was telling Phoenix about the rabbit in the moon. Tomi told me about it when he introduced me to Mochi.

Ohhhh the empress is lovely! Her tail is such a cool detail!
I'm a sucker for all things mochi and most other rice things. Though my actual indulgence is gyoza as an app when we go for Japanese
