"This is as 'merry' as I get." (alt cert, please!)  Gotta show off my beloved Demonia boots that Arcane got me for my birthday this year, I love them so! I also eventually want to get some good spikey ones but these are more my everyday boots. XD And my leather jacket that I love to bits, a gift from Arcane's mother a couple Christmases ago! *nearly snorts her orange vanilla hi-c out her nose in seeing mention of Princess Bride* Okay, that was funny as heck XD I actually got to see Cary Elwes(Westley/Dread Pirate Roberts) back in November when he was doing his Inconceivable evening with Cary Elwes tour. That was a showing of the movie and then afterwards, he came out on stage and did a Q&A. It was really cool. I didn't see the question slips in the lobby, otherwise I would have filled one out. Ah well. If he comes around again...and I can be the one to purchase the tickets and I can get them early enough to spring for VIP tickets...I'll surprise dad with it. Though it was funny listening to Cary tell the stories, especially ones including Andre My mom met Andre the Giant when she was a waitress and he and a few other wrestlers came into their bar. (my mom didn't recognise the other wrestlers, but knew him from TV). Apparently he was super nice but other than that all I remember was her mentioning how he was using the pitchers as cups, (-8 That's what I meant, Mr. Pooka.  ah, it's been so long since I've seen it I forgot about that part! ...seems like I need to rewatch it soon! |

Also this game and the peek at the sweater on Gunju instantly made my Sphinx choice for me. I did this 'ugly sweater' piece of Tabbris and Marchosias last year for the holiday season! XD |

Yea, one of the things Cary said was that Andre called everyone boss to help them sort of relax because he was so big. Another story he told was how they found the only atv in the area for Andre to use to get around the land for his shots of filming because he couldn't fit in the crew van. So they'd be trying to film a shot and here would come Andre on this atv which...looked like a tricycle under him...to which he also said 'you can literally google Andre and atv and you'll find a picture of the happiest giant in the world'...and it's just the funniest picture actually...here it is He also told of how Andre would often just put one of his hands on Robin's(Buttercup) head whenever she said she was cold and his hand just...engulfed her head and kept her warm XD |

We still need to get Marchosias a custom one day if the opportunity ever arises. ;a; Yeah we never 'grew out' of our goth 'phases,' hahaha. xD |

That is some awesome artwork. I have always enjoyed a lot of the aspects of the gothic aesthetic, but I was never a goth myself, not outwardly anyway. Maybe I was a closet goth? XD |
