What the...?? Yikes, time is flying to fast for me...
We live in the land of ice fishing but for some reason I've just never done it!? I've fished off the side of ice, stood in waste deep icy water to fish but never really technically gone ice fishing... I've met lots of people who do though, especially when I'm out for smelts, as many people there are catching their winter bait as well as filling the freezer with the yummy little fishes... I hope you guys have fun and wish you luck, unless that's unlucky in your area then I take it back, (-8

Hai! -bounces- I'm doing well! I'm in a masters program right now for software development and its going swimmingly. I'm on my 4th class so far. All online because A: Covid and B: My local schools got nothing. XD But I've got straight As so far. Fingers crossed this continues. XD
I've also been working steadily on my pets website. It was actually almost done, but I had to convert to a couple different languages in order to do things like let players see their inventory so there's been a delay, but the conversion is coming along well! I will return with huzzah's when I get it done lol.
And it seems like I missed a TON here! How the heck has it been like a year since I signed in?! I swear I have object permanence issues with my brain. I saw some sphinxes with gills and squeed. <3 Also realized I have babies that have been babies for years at this point so... really need to be a better stalker LOL! And that gorgeous dragon sphinx up there, wow!

Yay, it's finally just regular cold winter cold here, (-8 these balmy -15s are refreshingly nice compared to the super cold of the last week. (yesterday when I got up and fed the cat, his waterbowl had frozen solid, yikes it was cold!). ...now to brace for the big snow on the way which will be a treat for us, we need some snow to insulate the house!

*is trying to learn how to knit* My niece got me a starter kit for Christmas, and while I think I've got the hand of knitted cast on... trying to actually knit is evading me for now.

I'm giddy and quite happy seeing the clan expand. I just hope I wasn't too much of a burden.
I've been thinking lately in the overactive time my head is in before REM sleep. What do you think will be this year's heb theme? I had trouble thinking of plausible outcomes but they slowly started to crop up.
Cyber or cyberpunk was at the top of the list as being the most plausible. I know of a certain prismatic female that could help host.
Eta: battle of the band's tie in with that thought. Clash of skills, fight to get to the top.
Expanding on that far future space. Like fantasy sci Fi. Starwars/ trek... But that is just a base. Could be something like the spacecraft and lightning rails of eberron. Offworld planets, different types of species. Floating islands. I know we have ladies of the moon..I don't think it is too similar though.
Candyland also came up. Like wreck it Ralph but with more creative what ifs.
We had japan. Could other places of the world be visited? Somewhere tropical? Hawaii or fun in the sun? Secret garden style? A ski chalet?
Then your typical baddie takes adjos cub, go and rescue her a la Zelda/ Mario/ just about every rpg classic hook. There are a few potential baddies that could brawl for the roll, or maybe someone new pops up.
I had a few more but deemed them too similar to past themes. I'm curious to hear about other ideas.
