Awww yay!! I’m so happy to see everyone’s pick ups rolling in. The presents had been opened, feasts had been shared and cookies had been dunked in milk and gleefully devoured. Carolers took notes about which songs to practice for next years rounds and the reindeer had been brushed out and let out to run, jump and fly. Elvish helpers celebrated another successful Yule in a multiday party before happily singing their way back to work getting ready for next year. Cubs dressed in adorable new onesies gathered around new board games, banged on new toy drums, flew bright kites, drove whistling trains and waited in anticipation to see when the Viking would jump from his wind up box. Raptor entrepreneurs tried to stick googly eyes on eggs to see if an Easter plan might be in the works. Yule Priests and Priestess finished the year end rituals and began the ceremonial collection of seasonal decorations and the proper burning of the remainders. The Bustle of the North Pole never slowed with Rockin' around the Christmas Tree never leaving the radio's year long playlist and candy canes were always on every menu. In Katterheim Sphinxes settled in for the long dark winter of planning campaigns, building relationships and dreaming about new adventures while fawning over new polar bear pets.
Thank you everyone for playing along this year on our Journey to the North Pole! I hope everyone got all the presents you dreamed of, enjoyed rockabilly concerts and sled races, found some new Sphinx friends and had some fun along the way! Best wishes in the new year and, again, thank you all very much!

Thank you for the fun and the awesomeness that was abound. It was great fun and all the new additions for the winter accessories was awesome. Everyone got awesome new helpers and such.
Peppamynt had taken her fun with the others and with all said and done, she packed up her cart and headed back to the candy cane farm to start on next Yule's stock....after a good sleep that is.

Yule Cards!
Let me tack on a little addendum...
We loved being able to send out some Yule cards this year and I hope most of them found their way... though weirdly the mail system is kind of crazy. Some of you way down in the furthest away states got yours nice and quick but Pooka's mom and aunt didn't get theirs till after the holiday here in Canada? (all mailed at the same time!) Also it's always something we wanted to do but usually remembered to late so never set it up... but no longer! (-8 I've already got it marked on next this years calendar so I get them out promptly, (-8
If you would like to get a holiday card from us next year just PM me with an address and I'll add you to the list! There's no need to send anything back or have any feeling of obligation, it just makes us happy to send them out, (-8

I remember setting it up but can't remember if it got done... but I'm neck deep in cardboard boxes and moving stuff, so... If anyone can find the finished results of the contest they can have their choice of one of the listed prizes for it, (-8 If no one finds it by tomorrow I'll randomize the list and hand out a prize, (-8 (the first person to quote the contest results can pick one of the prizes from this contest!
