I hope everyone had a great Valentines day or perhaps you celebrate half off chocolate day, either way I hope it was good! Pooka made me a super sweet gift I'm in love with, (-8   Captain Just, like his name, is a very devout priest of his faith! (...if is deity so happens to be a god of thievery and deception, well it doesn't change just how faithful and devoted he is one bit!). ...as a fine and upstanding citizen of the Zweilund Islands he actually Captains two ships as well as running the local centers of faith and church. (...again, just because most refer to the islands as Pirate Islands and his ships are named the Dark Dagger and the Deceit, he'd like to assure this has no effect on his nobility and standing!) To back up his claims of nobility, He has personally visited many noble castles, forts and holdings of the Great Bay! (and would like to note that invitations are overrated and generally un-nessicary... sometimes it even takes the burden off of the hosts if they don't even know you are there, now that's thoughtful and generous thinking!) Perhaps his most daring adventure was not fighting his wild attraction to the Queen of the Zwielund's daughter... From the first time he met her, he knew they would something, their chemistry was supernatural! He even acquired (stole) his engagement ring on their first date (pirating some whaling vessels, so exciting!) but he saved them till the time was right! While he might call stealing Riley's heart and act of faith (because lying may or may not also be part of his religion) really it was more an act of fate. ..and now they are setting sail on a brand new adventure... that I can't talk about because it might be (totally is) a spoiler, (-8 and like Captain Just, I'm a fan of exciting surprises, (-8 |

So glad you two were able to get moved and are settling in. I definitely empathize with the rush of adrenaline and emotions that comes with having to move, but also completely agree that decorating is my favorite part. It’s so satisfying to see all of your cherished things to find their spots.
Such a lovely little gift for Valentine’s Day! 💕
Heb is just around the corner and I love it!!

Good catch MA, (-8 yupper, Riley grew up pretty fast... as part of our major overarching RP plot (probably over a decade) that some may remember us chatting about, several ships full of characters got scattered via a Loki curse to all sorts of different planes, and in some cases times, where they had to finish a major life changing story (ie. a cool adventure or major goal) to escape. Unfortunately there were lots of children on the ships that also got scattered but the majority of them ended up in two settings, my Anime world (which grew into the Yamasugi Outlaws) and Pooka's Pony world. Riley was one of the older children who ended up in the Pony world... So, she ended up growing up there without her parents (though one of the few old enough to actually remember her parents) and she grew up there and only recently got meet her parents as an adult.
Alexia (and Karen) were lost in their own curse (stuck in the Shackles on Golarion) but they escaped it much earlier... though they grew a fondness for the Shackles over the Great Bay (of Cerilia) and Just had been taking pretty good care of her islands as a Regent while the Queen was missing and then while she ruled over the Shackles... So, Capt Just and Alexia had a pretty good relationship but that didn't mean he wasn't pretty fearful of dating her Daughter, (-8 Things went smoother than he expected, (-8 (he even returned all the gold he'd replaced with painted lead bars in Alexia's treasury that he might have needed if he were to go on the run!)
...and moving into the future, Alexia and Karen seem much happier in the Shackles and are gifting there domains on Cerilia to Riley and Alec (which is a really big deal on that world... if anyone's familiar with that setting, the nobles are nobles because of their god blood, and giving over the domains comes with a big investiture of powers...). Though Riley and Just have an interesting plan for their next adventure together that I can't talk about yet!

After missin' over half of my children's lives, due to them being shifted in time. I've been knowin' Captain Just for a very long time now, and he is my 'right hand man' when it comes to ruling the Zwielund Islands. I believe that I mostly can understand how his conniving mind works, being a conniver myself. I would be a fool to put my full trust in him, but he's a good friend and great regent when I'm not around. At first I was NOT pleased with his pursuing my daughter, bein' a cleric of a deceit goddess. But then I realized that she was chasin' him down to the same degree and as Riley said to me "I'm a fully grown woman and can make my own decisions!". ((I had to tone down what she said so it's still PG. >.> - Pooka)) I had to muddle it over, playing out all of scenarios in my mind as I typically do... and finally came to a realization. I know Just, I believe that even with his slippery mind I know him pretty well. He could make a good match for my daughter... save that it's odd due to her suddenly being fully grown and he being a friend of mine. There are other factors in place here, but I believe that I have yammered on too long already.  Riley: I'm a gonna marry who I wanna marry! Also, Just may believe that he can get away with anythin' but I'm pretty darned good at seeing through hogwash. I know that he's honest about his love for me.  ((A little fun OOC note. Riley's power from her bloodline is that she can detect lies. XD Nobody knows that she has that ability though... so this is purely OOC and a funny note. XD Also, I grew up Riley's sphinx a few years ago. It's not totally new.)) ETA: Another fun note, Riley spent around 15 or so years as a pony named Lariat.  |

Thank you! (-8 I actually got a bit of pokemon play time in the last few days and if feels like a poke-birthday, (-8 (On Pokemon day a bit back I made Pooka a Pokeball cake, (-8 I think she took a pic?) ...also I love my Grafaiai, (-8 Everyone (Pooka included!) loves their Tinkatons, but grafaiaia is my fav of the new ones (though it might be influenced by my character choice, Corliss is a ghost trainer at her core but she adores all the little gremlin pokemons!)
I've been a bit quiet myself with all the moving and stuff but there is an end in sight on that, and we're super ramping up for the Heb atm. (I can't show you my birthday Sphinx because of spoilers, (-8)
...and today I'm gonna do part one of making some homemade beef jerky as an extra treat, (-8
