With those words the festive sphinx hops back through the portal with Mayolin close behind.

The North Pole, which would usually be a flurry of preparation is instead in a flurry of panic!! Elf sphinxes, and a few goblins, rushed from building to building, some bit their nails in worry, and even one was wailing in the street. The general emotion was clear... yule was ruined!

Peppermint stepped forward where the elves could see, making room for others to step through the portal.

"Don't worry, we have help!" she called out joyfully. "These wonderful sphinxes will help save Yuletide!" Peppermint beamed with hope.
