*catches up on thread, while still active for once!* My tree is currently all kitty ornaments (I get the Hallmark ‘Mischievous Kitten’ series ornament every year, and whatever my husband decides he wants of the current releases - this year was the dragon from the new D&D movie and a dinosaur). Plus my actual cat. My smallest cat loves to be in the tree, and she is small enough that she doesn’t damage the branches. So far, she’ll bat at the ornaments occasionally, but mostly just wiggles through the tree as often as she can. *watches for new games, while debating who of my sphinxes might actually fit into the thread* Oh, I should mention! We do a lot more Alt certs, especially for our Yule Events, (-8 So many of the new Festive items could be put onto an alternate image of a fav Sphinx so you can play them in the fun festive threads without having to go all in on the some seasonal new threads, (-8 (for example you could have your fav wizard still be a wizard, but also have a second image of them with their cool new festive sweater and hat!) |

With the exception of the coffee table and the items for that...I am done for the day of decorating. I have to talk to Dad about the coffee table situation, but...yay I'm decorated!!! Happy time!! Deck the Imperial Halls!Contest 1  The tree has presents this year! ^^ Mostly because I got pretty good at wrapping presents after so many years... but I mean, you only get one time a year to improve on gift wrapping skills xD

That is very true. Rasa has some interesting thoughts and practices on gift wrapping, like more tape is always better. I sometimes patchwork a present or two with leftovers from other wrappings, which can be fun.

We don't usually go into Yule planning on a shop, just giving away as much as we can, (-8 so there' won't be an premades or such, but I'll add either a thematic shop or make sure the new stuff is sorted and can be bought through the Goblin Market, (-8 (which anyone can use to get any of the usual shop stuff as well, (-8) |

Those are super good points! I seem to have limited RAM myself, like I can get pretty good at something but then just bump that skill right out the window for whatever I become interested in next and practising once a year just doesn't let the skill sink in, (-8 ...mind you the dollar store here has a nice selection of gift bags which someone make me look more like I know what I'm doing, (-8 |
