 Arriving very late to the island Ryo greeted the professors with a gentle smile and nod before taking stock of each starter type. When his eyes fell on the small red-orange floppy eared yapping flame ball he knew his heart was set on taking it home. He cleared his throat and stayed, “I’d like to choose this male pupsear” reaching out to grab the little mon he look at it endearingly, “I think I’ll call you Flint” (Attach please  "So! You want the fire Mon, Pupsear!"   |

what is everyones favorite starter pokemon? Gen1-Bulbasaur Gen2-I loved all 3 of these starters so much I replayed the game with each one! the only generation so far that i liked all three! my favorite of the three though has to be totodile! Gen3-Mudkip Gen4- I wasnt really too fond of any of these starters, if i had to choose probably would be turwig. Gen5- Snivy Gen6- fennekin (one of the rare fire starters ive liked since cyndaquil or charmander) Gen7- Rowlet Gen8- Sobble Gen9- Sprigatito I have a tendency towards grass & water types when picking starters lol XD I rarely stick with the starters... but, i do like Chimchar, fennikin, litten, charmander and Grookey! Nyahoja/Sprigatito has grown on me because of the new Pokemon Anime, (-8 |

Deciding it would be a good idea to rest up your mons before the fire festival and gym challenge you head over towards the Mon Center. Exiting the front automatic doors is a graceful sphinx with a dark mon pet following close behind her. She's carrying a bag full of recently purchased mon items.
Eiko: "Oh, good afternoon." she bows "I believe that you are the new trainers travelling across the island? I hear that you are catching monified sphinxes gone wild. I don't believe we've met before. My name is Eiko, the current Champion of Mon Island. I'm very pleased to meet heroic sphinxes as yourselves."

Gen1- CHARMANDER! All the way, charmander! It's my fave pokemon of all!
Gen2- Totodile
Gen3- Never played
Gen4- Chimchar
Gen5- Snivy
Gen6- never played
Gen7- Rowlet
Gen8- Scorbunny
Gen9- Sprigatito
These aren't nessicarily my favourites, but suited the characters I was playing at the time.

Alara blinked, holding up a paw in greeting. "Hi there. It's nice to meet you!" She wasn't sure how to handle being called heroic so she decided to feign a temporary deafness to that one. "I like your Mon, it's really cute!"

Moriko had followed with the group, Quon following beside her. She couldn't see keeping the adorable critter cooped up all day. Coming to the next area, she perked in hearing mention of a festival. "Oh that sounds fun." Heading to the center with the others, she thought for a moment. Reaching into her bag, she brought out a ribbon and tied it around Quon's neck. "There, now I'll know which one you are." She chuckled and pat his head. Turning back in time, she saw Eiko exit the center and her ears perked, then she quickly bowed her head. "It is an honor to meet you Miss Eiko."

She moves to pet her pet mon on the head.
Eiko: "Do you hear that Hibiki? She said that she likes you."
Hibiki: "Breon!"
The Champion looks a little flustered, but pleased by the compliments.
Eiko: "You are all also as kind as brave for taking this journey. I'm sure that you are great battlers too. Are you going to be facing the Gym of Quietturn?"

Gen1- Bulbasaur (but you cant go wrong with the other 2)
Gen2- Chicorita
Gen3- I dont really like any of the starters here. Mudkip probably
Gen4- turtwig
Gen5- oshawott
Gen6- fennekin
Gen7- I chose poplio for my personal run but I like all 3 here
Gen8- I went with scorbunny but im not big into any of them
Gen9- I didnt play but would hands down choose the grass cat.
