The whole capsule system is a test run to share the wins more. Like how some adoptables have a 'you can only keep 2' rule so more people get a chance to win something. ^_^

Oh I totally agree. and love it. As My favorite part is gifting wins. I just want to be sure I am understanding right. Lol. I just saw how it was listed on Front page and wanted to be sure I understood how it was working. I have some favorites that I have no idea if were done and would want to hold out in hopes. So I want to make sure I pay attention and don't use them all up before seeing if they were possibly out there.
