I suppose in the end you could always have a massive Mon attack and everyone rolls a dice. And you have a list of Mons that did not get caught in earlier games that came back, then you put the dice rols in order highest to lowest and random the list of mons and match them up. Like a Chaos of mons and capsules and catches. Could be Chaotic.
