That's really good to hear, Pooka. I hope the appointment isn't for anything too serious. We'll just behave ourselves and make sure our lovely netjers do as well.

Shame that it happened, but I can understand the little issue. At least the mod was polite about it and is giving you bot ha chance to correct it. I don't have any netjers as of yet, but I'm sure the fix will look just as nice.

Well, I'm very glad to hear that this particular issue is something that can be dealt with and that the Sphinxes will be staying on PI for the foreseeable future. It's a shame that it had to happen at all, but at least the mod who handled it was polite about it and willing to give you both a chance to fix it rather than just shutting down the thread with no explanation.

I know this might not be the place to post and ask, but since we have two mods in here anyway... I just have to wonder what makes the mod team decide that one adoptable with a clothing infraction gets to keep their thread open, and another one doesn't? Because another adoptable got told they could keep the thread up if they removed all of the offending posts... and then the thread got shut down entirely with no actual heads up about it. But it looks like the Heb thread is going to stay open. So I'm just wondering why there's a bit of a disparity in situations like this, and if maybe the rules could be updated to reflect what happens in cases where an adoptable gets in trouble over clothing? Maybe make it more equal or stream-lined, or at least just more clear as to why one's thread would get completely shut down/deleted and another would get to stay open.

I agree. Thanks for the input from MODs and the Pookas! I will admit that it is frustrating sometimes because I sometimes I wish the rules were a little more transparent. But it's always nice when our questions get answered and I'm very thankful for that

First of all, let me add my apologies to Aranel's about the rule changes. As far as I was aware, they hadn't changed. I do stand corrected, though, and apologize again to both Pookas for the misinformation.
As far as the other Adoptable... we're really not in a position to discuss things like that with anyone other than the Adoptable owner and not in an open forum. What I CAN say, however, is that the severity of the infraction and the speed with which it is addressed will determine whether an owner is given an opportunity to make corrections, a thread is locked, or whether it is deleted completely. A single instance/outfit, such as the netjer here, will usually get a "hey, you need to look at this, please fix it" poke; whereas, an entire thread that has several things in it will be locked for further investigation. And yes, sometimes that further investigation results in deletion without warning. We do consider a lock reason to be a warning in most cases like these (deletion reasons will have a direction to contact the MOD team/open a Support ticket to work things out. Y'all just don't see those. XD).
So quick and dirty answer. I'm sorry it can't be more detailed.
